Delightful, peaceful, comfortable and charming.
Pros:

Delightfully small, great help yourself amenities and a chill patio for relaxing after a day in the city. The hosts and cleaning staff were very accommodating of my travel schedule. Excellent hot shower with good water pressure.

Cons:

Nothing. Just wish I could have stayed longer.

Thoughtful touches - a home from home vibe.
Pros:

Highly recommended place to stay in a beautiful residential area of DC, near the Phillips Collection (also highly recommended). Lots of thoughtful touches, such as a borrow cupboard, and blankets for use in the very pleasant garden (also the fire pit). I’d definitely stay here again.

A nice efficient place to stay.
Pros:

Nice sized room, comfortable bed, nice breakfast and refreshments included. Great restaurant next door.

Cons:

The room was a little down at the heels. The bed fabric was tired and spotted, the desk chair was damaged. The bathroom door was a sliding door that was difficult to move and afforded little privacy.

A modern, welcoming home away from home.
Pros:

Clean and well appointed; nice bath facilities; bed was good; coffee and drink bar came in handy, especially all the different milks. Common area decor was very appealing, even in the courtyards. We appreciated the friendly host, John and good communication from Nico.

Cons:

One window in the bathroom let in a lot of light.

A lovely property with friendly welcoming hosts.
Pros:

The guesthouse is in a quiet location in a pretty residential part of Georgetown. The whole of Georgetown is within easy walking distance. The hosts were really welcoming and helpful. The room was excellent with everything that you would expect. The garden areas looked really nice but November wasn't the time for sitting outside!

Cons:

The breakfast was a little better than the standard hotel buffet breakfast but a hot choice (other than DIY boiled eggs) would have been nice.
We mostly used the Metro for getting round DC and the closest well connected station at Foggy Bottom was a 20 minute walk away.
