Outstanding stay.
Pros:

Just an amazing breakfast. Everything hot and fresh. Hot and cold beverages they serve at your table and the staff is very responsive. Rooms were very neat and regardless of your request, rooms are cleaned every single day. Sauna, Gym, pool all are well maintained. If you are woman traveling alone, this is the best suggestion for you. 2 mins walk from the airport- No need of cabs or help. And, in-house restaurant have very good food. They covered wide range of cuisines within a small sized menu to cater all the peoples needs.

Cons:

Wi-Fi could be much better.

Good value site within city of Bellingham and close to Costco.
Pros:

Clean facility and surprisingly quiet though next to an airport.

Cons:

The shower head connection was poor and kept flopping over. Notified via text without a response.

Pros:

The breakfast was horrible. When we entered the dining room, no one was at the room entrance. We went into the bufet breakfast and helped ourselves to scrambled eggs, potatoes, and sausage. The food was ccld and soggy--unedible. I looked for a coffee pot and found it and served myself to coffee. five minutes later a young man came to our table and asked if we would like omething to drink. I told him we alreay had our coffee and would like our bill. We wound up paying $31 and change for 2 cups of coffee and garbage.

Cons:

The food could have been better. The room we had was outtandin. Clean and comfortable however the coffee maker did not work.

I would return if some of the above could be mended...:-)
Pros:

service was slow..had to ask for coffee and juice to 3 different people until it finally came.

Cons:

The dinner hours ended too early
the sauna and steam were out of order
there was no freezer in the fridge
no bath tub
the window didn't open.

Wonderful place to stay before early flights from BLI
Pros:

I LOVE THIS HOTEL. Sarah has checked me in twice and is always so lovely. The place is huge, clean, new, and wonderful. Hot tub and pool are great also. 3 min walk to the airport for early morning flights. Lots of parking.

Cons:

Nothing. Love this place.

Solid hotel for a short stay
Pros:

The rooms were well designed, not perfect but pretty good. I liked the nightlight feature in the bathroom - saved me from blinding lights if I needed to get up at night. I also liked the microwave in the room, the good use of space, and the bed was comfy. Staff was great both at the front desk and at the restaurant.

Cons:

Our room had a barn door for the bathroom (hate those) and the pillows were a bit uncomfortable. It was also possible to hear noisy people in the hall and there was some weird mechanical noise that woke me up each morning around 6am.

Location is great for BLI but issue with bathroom was not satisfactorily resolved.
Pros:

The location after coming off a late night flight is ideal. The bed was comfortable.

Cons:

The shower door literally fell off in my hand as I was stepping into the shower. Therefore, I was unable to take a shower late at night when I wanted one; instead, ended up, having to wash myself using a washcloth and the bathroom sink. When I showed the photos to the checkout staff in the morning, all they did was apologizing and offered to comp two beers.
