I paid $263.40 for our family cruise and the room had left over coffee cups that was trash laying in between the chair and leg rest and also a pair of white sandals that didn’t belong to us were left in the bathroom obviously didn’t belong to us! Also had to ask for more pillows and blankets waited and no one came after calling front desk so I went down and had to get them ourselves again paying that much for a tiny room nasty with coffee trash cups left and shoes that were never picked up so obviously room wasn’t double checked before making sure someone else enters a room!

Cons:

Well it was old I was in second building in room 828 and I just feel it wasn’t worth the money that was paid, we had prior booked the hotel stay a bit ago to ensure their was enough time and room, we also wen ahead at a later time when our return flights got delayed on April 19th so we just ended up reserving another stay for April 19th -20th but not sure sure now!

Good spot. Very close good transport to airport and the van drivers were excellent. Very happy with transport.
Pros:

Nice rooms. Close to restaurants. Friendly staff. Did not get to enjoy breakfast.
The van transport was the best part, with short waiting times and excellent helpful drivers.

Hotel with a bar AND shuttle service!
Pros:

The hotel is a hotel, BUT.... this place was saved because of the wonderful folks working in the Hub Bar & Grill! Everyone was super friendly and answered questions patiently. The bar is full service & the food is delicious! CAUTION: the buffalo wings are HOT!

Disappointing stay
Pros:

I have never written a review before, but I felt the need to share my experience. Clean rooms, but after driving all day did not expect to have to use QR code in pouring rain to sign up and pay for parking. Front desk not friendly; good breakfast. Outlets didn’t work, ac didn’t work properly, microwave unplugged—had to physically move it over than plug it in on the floor to use it; broken floor tiles, fire alarm at 6:00 am. and no instructions or explanation from any employee and the hotel guests were just walking around like zombies in freezing cold weather. Would not print out receipt upon check out and no apology about fire alarm, didn’t even ask how our stay was. I expect more from a Holiday Inn. Very disappointing.
