Awesome hotel with one hiccup.
Pros:

Great staff, close to the airport, tasty breakfast, big room that was spotless.

Cons:

Terrible WiFi with minimal cell service. Very frustrating!

Poor Check In Experience
Pros:

Location and bus shuttle.

Cons:

We had to wait an hour for our room to be ready. Requested a 4pm check in. . Desk clerk gave us the keys. We went to the room. The door was ajar and the bed was unmade. I have never experienced this before at a Holiday Inn Express.
