Dissappointing. I've stayed at the SureStay many times before. Seems like they are cutting corners.
Pros:

The price is great and the staff is helpful and friendly.

Cons:

No carpet in the room and the vinyl planking was sticky. No coffee maker and the TV didn't work even after I reset the system as suggested by the front office staff. Breakfast is marginal at best.

You get what you pay for I guess. They charge less for low quality
Pros:

Location was central

Cons:

Unclean room, visibly not wiped down, loud air conditioner, smell of chlorine throughout the ground floor, no coffee pot in the room, pillows were the worst I’ve experienced. No hand soap inside the bathroom, instead at the outside vanity.

Another amazing stay !! Clean rooms - amazing staff that always go above and beyond. Hot tub was fantastic and the breakfast is always great.

Not the best but not the worst.

The location and the amenities

Cons:

Our room was overwhelmed with a floor cleaner super strong. Gave us a headache. I went to asked for a mop to take the smell off.. was impossible.. I personally cleaned with Clorox but didn’t exceed.

Great location, exellent price, comfortable, great staff.
Pros:

Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was very clean. The breakfast was better than any I have seen in the last few years.

Cons:

The bed was a little firm for me. It was not terrible.
