Great location being walking distance from shops, restaurants, parks and museum. Our room was on the lower floor which was quite cozy and not too noisy. Spacious rooms and bathroom and well appointed kitchen. The hotel is on a busy street so there is street noise at the hot tub.
This was an older building right on the main street. So take that into consideration. The elevator was small and slooow. It was probably added years after the place was built. At least there is an elevator.
We were in the 2 bedroom presidential. It was very nice and clean. The lights were good. USB and 120v outlets were adequate. There were plenty of towels.
There was no dining table but a bar with the high chairs. They are not my favorite.
We walked to everything we wanted to do but there is a shuttle.
If you drive a full size 4 door pick up with an 8 ft bed, the parking is doable but tight. We enjoyed the Innsbruck, not so much Aspen itself. We did enjoy the scenery around Aspen and the drive getting there.
Remember Aspen can be very expensive.
Very good location, a good space and nice staff
We reserved a one-bedroom presidential for a weekend in Aspen. A spacious room with mountain-themed decor. The fireplace in the room added a romantic flare and was soothing to watch. The bed was comfortable with adequate storage and quiet for sleeping, though located on Main Street. The bathroom was huge, and the water temperature and pressure were excellent. The kitchen and counter area provided space to sit and enjoy a cup of coffee and a snack. Our room was on the second floor, and we had a balcony that provided a greater connection to the alpine feel of the resort with evergreens next to the space.
The staff, when checking in, were accommodating and helpful, guiding us with excellent recommendations. One evening, we used the gas fire pit for smores, and they had sticks to toast marshmallows.
The resort is close enough to downtown to walk and enjoy the scenery. It is only several blocks from the main dining and retail areas. If walking isn't your thing, the resort provides a shuttle with a phone number for access.
The small fitness area has enough variety to provide a quick training session. The resort has green and black wheel-shaped dumbbells, medicine and stability balls, one adjustable bench, some cardio machines, and one multi-use selectorized machine with a bar where you can complete pull-ups. The room is on the basement level and hotter than needed.
The pool was not in use, but the hot tub was working.
Great location on the main road through Aspen. Most things are walkable. Condo was perfect with all items you could need. Fully stocked kitchen, comfortable living area to relax in with fireplace and humidifiers which are a must when you are skiing. Parked right outside our door for easy access in and out. This is the third time we have stayed here and will definitely be back.
Cute place and the steam shower was amazing!
The property was nice and the staff helpful. They didn't get the reservation from hotels.com so it made checking in difficult.
Great place but a little far from slops
First of all, The service was so friendly and attentive! Then our “home” was a two bedrooms, 3 full baths, huge living room with a cozy fireplace, and the kitchen that could host our foodie family! We loved this “home away from home”
I was delighted by the size of the unit, the amenities in the kitchen, and the tremendous comfort of all the furniture and the bed. The location of the hotel is great and an easy, pretty walk to all of downtown Aspen. I will definitely stay here again!
up to date and cleanliness. Everything from bath towels, bed, kitchen utensils was first class.
I stayed here with my wife and kids and could not have had a better experience. Beautiful property and good location. Our shuttle driver Robert was very informative and nice. Took us right to the mountain to go skiing. The girl at the front desk Kimmy gave us great restaurant recommendations as well as things to do around town. Can’t wait to come back!

Everything was perfect. The room was awesome the staff was very nice
Room was warm and comfortable. Innsbruck offers shuttles into town, and are prompt and available. The entire staff was the very best I have ever encountered anywhere. I will definitely stay here again whenever I am in Aspen.
We absolutely love this place! So cozy and comfortable. The people are great . The recommendations on the food , stores, etc was right on point. We loved our drivers . They are so knowledgeable. We will definitely be back here .
This hotel is just amazing. The rooms are huge. 2 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and a huge living room and a full size kitchen. The rooms are so clean. We checked in and our room wasn't quite ready. The staff said they had a shuttle that could take us downtown. The man, dang it I forgot his name, that drove us was truly amazing. He drove us around Aspen telling us historical things and just showing us Aspen. He recommended dinner at a few places and told us what to see downtown. When we were done downtown and done eating dinner he picked us up drove us around a little bit more. He even made a stop so we could take some pics. He was truly amazing. The staff is great and the hotel is wonderful. We will definitely be back.
We are very very happy to stay in Innsbruck. Staff is awesome and helpful and helpful. We stayed on president suite (2 bedrooms 3 bath and full kitchen) amazing place and super clean hotel. Will stay again in future.
We were 2 30-year-old women on an exploring vacation. Aspen is a little out of our price range so the timeshare made it available to us. The staff gave us great recommendations for a low budget hiking vacation. The room was beautiful and had everything we needed. Location was perfect and the shuttle, humidifier, and white robes were a nice touch. I would only change 2 things. The hot tub was not working for one out of our 3 nights and no one told us about the downstairs guest area which had more offerings than the small check-in area. Overall, a wonderful stay!
We only stayed 3 nights but loved the location! Right downtown Aspen, great 1 bedroom that fit my family of 3 perfectly! Loved the kitchen area with bar and nice large living room. We loved the steam shower! My only negative is the pool & hot tub, very small! But there isn’t much property to add larger amenities. So we spent most of our time exploring Aspen. Would recommend this resort to anyone!
