Pros:

Hot water, cool room and comfortable bed

Cons:

Room had not been thoroughly cleaned. Dirt on floor in front of coffee pot, hair in sink, old key cards still in there and no fresh rolls of toilet paper. Cost was $300.00 per night. Breakfast was cold and not appealing. Bananas were brown... Breakfast was all store bought, nothing fresh.

The location and it was a very clean and friendly place

Cons:

When we realized that the safe was inoperable, we spoke with the front desk and we were advised that they were not replacing the batteries until they got new ones to replace those safes. We had some items which needed to be locked away while we were away from the room, but because there was no safe we had to bring them with us and lock them up in the car.

Best stay ever!
Pros:

The staff was amazing and very accommodating. We needed to extend our stay and it was very smooth. Breakfast was well put together and delicious 🤤my pets were welcomed with lots of attention as well

The hotel needs more attentive housekeepers and should be remodeled.
Pros:

The location and proximity to where I was going. The size of the room was nice. The breakfast space was clean and maintained.

Cons:

The bathroom in my room needed to be remodeled. The room was not as clean as I would have preferred.

Pros:

Didn’t get a chance to eat breakfast wish that it was at least ending around 11:30. My boyfriend tried to go get breakfast at 11 one of the workers turned him around and said that breakfast ended at 10 o’clock

Cons:

I didn’t like the smell or aroma of the room the bathroom shower was dirty however, Mr. Sterling came to clean the shower as well. Bought some spray that smelled good for the room.
