Green Grass Land Villa

Stay was okay few issues.

Positive -

- room big and clean
- pool was nice
-quite location

Negative -

- first place I have been to in Asia where we didn’t receive free water in the room
- Terrible WiFi
- weak Aircon
- soon as we got there tried to sell us tours and transport. Be nice to just get settle before trying to take more money of us
- constantly ask and messaging what tour are we doing and when etc
- no room service not even removing full bins
- done our laundry came back smelling worst had to go else where
- they allowed children 9+ to be in the pool naked, not only unhygienic on the floats but also inappropriate for everyone else around, especially with the known danger of predators.

사진이랑 많이 달라요 빌라 사진은 처음 오픈했을때 찍은 사진 같고요 그래서인지 시설이 많이 낙후되어 있네요 아침식사도 그렇고요 교통은 좀 많이 불편해요 구글맵에 주소가 안나올정도예요 전 추천은 하고 싶지 않네요

it is safe and quiet. there are a lot of space available. it is good to stay at Corn Villa, I will come back next year.

Fantastic. It’s a quiet safe and peaceful spot with easy access to the old town. Moon and her staff are attentive and caring. After some hectic experiences in HCMC, this was just the place I needed to recuperate. Thank you to Moon and her wonderful staff.

El nombre de anuncio no coincide con el de la propiedad, el nombre real es HOI AN CORN RIVERSIDE al buscarlo en Google maps por el nombre del anuncio me mandó a otra dirección, tuve que pagar doble taxi para llegar ahi. Las fotos tampoco coinciden del todo, están desactualizadas, la propiedad esta mucho más descuidada de lo que se ve en las fotos. El personal es amable pero la encargada no está involucrada, le da todo igual. Renté una bicicleta me dieron una sin frenos. El desayuno regular. En general mi estancia fue buena, pero si fue muy desagradable la llegada y me molestó que no tuvieran la atención de llevarme otra bicicleta a dónde estaba como se los pedí, tuve que andar en ella de regreso sin frenos. El wifi en la habitación no llegaba bien la señal.

El nombre y la dirección no son correctos, es imposible de encontrar si no les llamas para que te digan el nombre correcto (corn riverside villa) y la dirección buena.

5월달에 오고 두번째 방문입니다. 저번에는 새벽에 닭소리 때문에 잠을설쳤는데. 닭들이 없어진건지 잘잤습니다. 동양인나혼자고. 전부 서양여행객들 뿐이네요. 일하는 아주머니도 저번에온거 아는척을해주고 재미있네요

3泊お世話になりました。
場所はホイアン中心地よりも1キロくらい離れており、グラブタクシーなどないとしんどいです。ヴィラから空港送迎往復800000ドンでやってくれました！大変ありがたいです。朝食も美味しかったですが、なんせ中心地より遠いのが…マイナスです。ヴィラにプールがあり暑い事もあり、何度もプール→シャワーに入りました。

マイナスの部分は
シャワーの排水が悪い！溢れて詰まっておりトイレまでピタピタになってしまいました…
シャワールームの扉がしっかり締まらないため、トイレに水がかかってしまいました。
その2点の改善をぜひ、よろしくお願いします。

조용하고 한적한곳에 자리잡아 좋았습니다. 다만 호이안 시장하곤 약간의 거리가 있어서 이부분은 감안해야되는데 잘걸어다녔네요. 다만 아쉬운건 청소하고 타월은 얘기해야 해주는것 같네요. 조식에 식빵 이랑 같이 먹는 잼이나 버터가 있었음 더욱 좋았을 것 같네요

Lovely place with beautiful surroundings. Moon was an excellent host! She made us feel very welcome, gave us some great recommendations for local restaurants and coffee shops, and even sorted out a taxi for us when travelling onto Da Nang. We loved breakfast every day too. We would highly recommend staying here!

Very nice room, especially for the price. About a 20 minute walk to the square, but the walk is along the water which makes it not feel too long! Bed isn’t the most comfortable but better than some I have been to in SE Asia. Nice bathroom and accessible drinks/snacks in the room. Owner is very friendly and responds immediately via WhatsApp!

If you are looking for an affordable clean and convenient hotel this is your place.
Moon is always on top of anything you might need during your stay, all the staff is very friendly. It will taking you a 20 minutes walk to the ancient city very doable. For the hot weather is very convenient to have a clean pool to refresh your self, this hotel has one 👌 so stop thinking and make your reservation.

If you want quieter nice nights highly recommend. Owner Mrs. Moon knows everyone there. All family and gets great discounts. Covid killed her businesses growth. But i will stay with here everytime. She knows everyone and all friends and family is awesome. Next to river that floods yearly but never on this hill. Awesome theme park across street and motorbike to rent a cheap price if you can ride. My wife and i decided to land in our near her because weather way better than saigon. This lady will make you want to retire here.

Teething problems at the stsrt due to hotels com neglecting their request to update meps and where they actually are. And why am i only rewarded for 1 star out of 9 requested to have a free night, when i should have 7??
