Friendly, helpful staff / excellent front desk service
Generally clean rooms and property
Comfortable bed or roomy rooms reported by several guests
Good breakfast for many guests
Good shower water pressure in multiple reviews
Cons:
Breakfast issues: ran out, got cold, some advertised items missing
Room/maintenance issues: uneven tiles, shower base needing scrubbing/re-grout

Poor in-room coffee pods and limited evening dining options
Booking/payment cancellation incident (third-party booking problem) affecting at least one guest

Categories

Cleanliness
8.8
Generally described as clean (multiple guests said the property and rooms were clean), though a few mentioned issues like stained breakfast-area furniture, shower re-grouting needed and uneven tiles in a room.
Service
9.7
Mostly praised: staff repeatedly described as friendly, helpful and accommodating; several specific comments about excellent front-desk service. One booking/payment incident affected a guest but appears related to the third-party booking process.
Location
9.9
Frequently noted as ideal and convenient (good for weddings/central), with multiple reviewers highlighting location as a primary positive.
Room Quality
7.4
Mixed room experience: some rooms roomy and comfortable, but others described firm beds, older finishes, concerns about elevator safety/noise and a perceived lack of door security or general need for upgrades.
Amenities
7.8
Amenities are functional but limited: coffee pods in-room described as poor quality, no AC in elevators reported, limited evening dining options and suggestions for added nighttime snacks/cocktails.
Value for Money
7.9
Mixed value perception: several guests felt prices are rising while quality has dropped (and one guest was negatively impacted by a booking/payment cancellation), though many still found the stay acceptable for the price.
Food and Beverage
8.4
Breakfast received both praise (delicious, helpful staff) and criticism (food running out, items missing like advertised cinnamon rolls, food getting cold in warmers, and poor coffee quality at times).
Overall Experience
8.9
Overall positive experience driven by location and friendly staff, offset by sporadic operational and maintenance issues (breakfast shortages, some room/elevator concerns and occasional amenity shortcomings).

DONT EVER USE BOOKING.COM TO MAKE YOU RESERVATIONS!
Pros:

Nothing. I didnt even get to stay...there was a problem with Booking.com and the hotel was unable to process their payment. Even though I had already paid booking.com and the money had already came out of my bank account.

Cons:

THEY CANCELLED MY RESERVATION BECAUSE THEY WERE NOT ABLE TO PROCESS THE PAYMENT FROM BOOKING.COM. I THEN PAID BOOKING.COM FOR ANOTHER HOTEL ON THE SAME NIGHT AND WHEN I GOT THERE THE SAME THING HAPPENED...THEY WERE UNABLE TO PROCESS THE PAYMENT FROM BOOKING.COM.

Great location and comfy bed
Pros:

The staff were so friendly and accommodating, the room was nice and big and the bed was comfy. The bathroom was a great size and had plenty of towels which was a nice change! The shower was great water pressure which makes a big difference.

Cons:

I think the shower needs to be re-grouted and the base scrubbed more. Otherwise the bathroom was very clean.

It was one night thank goodness.
Pros:

Staff was very friendly.

Cons:

The scary elevator. Not sure if we were going to get stuck in it. Made horrible noises and pauses. Our room door to hallway didn’t look secure. You could open it once locked and see the gap.
