DONT EVER USE BOOKING.COM TO MAKE YOU RESERVATIONS!

Nothing. I didnt even get to stay...there was a problem with Booking.com and the hotel was unable to process their payment. Even though I had already paid booking.com and the money had already came out of my bank account.

Cons:

THEY CANCELLED MY RESERVATION BECAUSE THEY WERE NOT ABLE TO PROCESS THE PAYMENT FROM BOOKING.COM. I THEN PAID BOOKING.COM FOR ANOTHER HOTEL ON THE SAME NIGHT AND WHEN I GOT THERE THE SAME THING HAPPENED...THEY WERE UNABLE TO PROCESS THE PAYMENT FROM BOOKING.COM.

Great location and comfy bed
Pros:

The staff were so friendly and accommodating, the room was nice and big and the bed was comfy. The bathroom was a great size and had plenty of towels which was a nice change! The shower was great water pressure which makes a big difference.

Cons:

I think the shower needs to be re-grouted and the base scrubbed more. Otherwise the bathroom was very clean.

It was one night thank goodness.
Pros:

Staff was very friendly.

Cons:

The scary elevator. Not sure if we were going to get stuck in it. Made horrible noises and pauses.Our room door to hallway didn’t look secure. You could open it once locked and see the gap.

Trying another hotel next time.
Pros:

The breakfast area furniture was very stained and we didn’t want to sit on it. The advertised cinnamon rolls were not offered. The second day the breakfast food was in short supply. Supposedly the supply didn’t arrive. The coffee pods in the room were awful cheap brands and the nice machine in the breakfast area brewed brown water. Again awful. The bathroom in our room had uneven tiles and were a tripping hazard. In short, IHG prices continue to rise but quality drops. Next time I think we’ll try another hotel. The staff were nice though.
