Pros:

This was a clean, comfortable hotel experience. Staff were friendly and helpful. The room, although showing a few signs of wear, was very clean. Bedding was comfortable. Shower pressure was great. Overall the hotel seemed pretty quiet.

Breakfast was ok. They had the usual breakfast options, but a lot of it wasnt hot. The coffee was great. As a hotel brand in general, they offer few options for people who need to avoid allergens like dairy. I wish they'd consider offering some milk substitutes.

Overall, decent comfortable stay, but nothing extra or noteworthy. I stay in this town frequently, but next time we'll look for a hotel that has more breakfast accommodations.

More pressure please
Pros:

Friendly staff. Water pressure was a trickle very annoying. Couldn’t wash my hair because pressure was too low to wash out the shampoo/conditioner. Breakfast was good nothing special. Most of the rooms needed an upgrade esp the bathrooms no exhaust fans. Front door keep getting stuck appeared to be off track.

Bed was a little firm but doable.

Great shower and despite being near the elevators it was quiet. Conveniently located to freeway and amazing food.

The sign for the hotel is facing the wrong direction and not lit. I missed the turn several times.

Super comfy beds and pillows for travelers like us! We were able to check-in two hours early after a 16 hour road trip. 24 hour guest laundry and gym. Excellent breakfast options. Family friendly. Safe and affordable for a family of five!

Decent stay overall.
Pros:

Rooms are clean. Beds are semi-comfortable, but definitely makes us miss our mattress at home. To be fair, haven’t found a hotel that with great mattresses. Water pressure is very weak. Breakfast was good.

Pros:

The room was 78 degrees. I booked 2 nights and I had to check out early due to bad A/C on the 4th floor. I asked for a fan a midnight and the person in charge was nice to help find one but the rooms were small and extremely HOT!! $180 a night I don’t think so!
