Honestly the thing I usually like about this hotel is the beautiful purple lights and how comfortable the pillows are but that is literally it…

Cons:

The walls were peeling off two lights in my room didn’t even work and I couldn’t even open my window. The whole facility is FREEZING and the internet literally never works. Not to mention the toilets don’t really work either sometimes they just don’t flush and the shower water is lukewarm while the sink can burn you The fridges are small and the facility does not have a microwave so you better eat your food while it’s hot cause the closest microwave is the concourse. The remotes are always broken or fucked up.. Then they rush you out at check out like their whole place isn’t fucked up and sometimes the elevator doesn’t work either so you’re stuck with the stairs. Even the fire alarms go off at random hours at the night and when you call the front desk they either don’t answer or tell you it’s nothing.. I come here because the prices are decent but almost 400 dollars or more for two nights and everything is inconvenient and none of the amenities even work is still crazy.

Pros:

It looks nice. That’s it.

Cons:

Elevators hardly work. We had NO WiFi which meant NO tv since it Roku and only runs on WiFi. I had to use the stairs up and down from the fifth floor multiple times with my service animal, who is an elderly canine. And the stairwells were nasty: condoms, spit, trash. Pee, I can go on.
Parking is horrible and dangerous. There’s a broken concrete pylon that someone can get hurt on or bust a tire.

Pros:

The staff was amazing. We were clearly hot and tired, so the front desk person set us up in a smaller room to wait for our room to be ready. This kindness was so needed and so appreciated.

Cons:

The room was clean and renovated but the bathroom door handle was very loose.
