К отелю нельзя подъехать! Карты рисуют авто-маршрут, но таксист высадил на параллельной улице, как только увидел левый поворот в тупиковый переулок, и нам пришлось тащить чемоданы пешком ещё метров 300 по брусчатке сначала под горку, а затем в крутую горку! Лучше заранее проверьте маршрут и проезжайте дальше вперёд до пересечения с Истикляль и выходите у полицейского участка! И спокойно спуститесь 4 минуты по ровной дороге...
Первое впечатление от отеля напрочь портится уже на входе: хочется развернуться и уйти: чёрная грохочущая дверь с решёткой, холла как такового нет - узкий коридорчик, и сразу узкая же вонючая тёмная винтовая лестница наверх...
Отель заметно старый и, хотя его стараются поддерживать в удовлетворительном состоянии, буквально всё уже "на 3 с минусом" и требует замены: ламинатный пол, каркасы кроватей, матрацы, одеяла, постельное бельё, полотенца; слив раковины (без гидрозатвора) очень шумит от соседей, вентиляция затягивает откуда-то сигаретный дым в комнату...
Из-за окна во двор (в одно стекло) грохочут кондиционеры и расположенная по соседству студия звукойзаписи (через день с часу ночи до трёх-четырёх утра)...
Завтрак - не в отеле, а через 2 улицы, не шведский стол, а комби, то есть всегда одно и то же...

The mattress is very worn and has lost its original shape.
The bathroom is open and the ventilation is very noisy.

Our stay had several issues from the beginning. Despite requesting three proper beds for three adults, the first room only had a foldable metal extra bed, which was not comfortable.
We were then moved to another room, where unfortunately a serious water issue occurred during the night, and the room was flooded, making it unusable.
In a third room, we experienced very loud noise from a nearby disco on Friday night, which made it difficult to rest.
It would have been fair if the hotel had waived the cost of at least one night given these circumstances. Initially, the manager’s attitude was not appropriate, and we felt that responsibility was being shifted onto us instead of resolving the situation properly.
Additionally, the rooms are in need of serious renovation.
That being said, after things calmed down, the manager did make an effort to help and improve the situation.

The room smells of cigarette smoke, especially if you turn the air unit on. They allow guests to smoke cigarettes there and that is a bad thing!!! it ruins it for those that do not smoke cigarettes. You Must require a $100 deposit that is only received back by the guest after the room has been inspected, and does not smell like cigarette smoke after the guest leaves. That is the ONLY solution to this problem.
Also there is almost no sound insulation from the street noise, from people partying below at the restaurants, or getting in and out of the taxis…
$45 is way too much to pay on a Thursday for all of this.
Even the bed reeked of cigarette smoke :(

When we first arrived there was no-one there to check us in, we were waiting for ages, until I finally had to got to a neighbouring hotel. The worker was at a nearby spot socialising. Then we had communication issues because the worker didn’t speak English.
The following day we were told we would be upgraded for a price of 20 euros but the gentleman who told us that was not to be seen again.
On the last night we were disturbed at 2am with someone banging on a door above our room because apparently the people staying had locked their card in the room (we had to get up 3 hours later to catch a flight) my baby was disturbed who was fast asleep. Unfortunately, as we were leaving there was no one at the reception to check us out and we didn’t get a real apology at all about the night before.

Nel mio caso non è stato un problema ma le scale sono parecchie e strette. Alcune migliorie a cui provvedere come la colazione dal menù "obbligato". Inaccettabile il wifi in camera spesso debole o persino assente.

Die Wände sind etwas abgeblättert und das Hotel hat leider kein Lift.

This hotel was an absolute nightmare and completely unsuitable for families.
I was traveling with my family, including two children and my wife who had a dislocated knee. While booking, I missed to notice that the hotel has no lift. The hotel only has steep, curved stairs, which made it extremely difficult and unsafe for my wife to access the room. I informed the hotel immediately at check-in and showed proof of her medical condition, but they simply stated that the booking was non-refundable.
The room was old and poorly maintained, and the open bathroom—with only a curtain and one side fully exposed—was completely unacceptable. My children could not use the bathroom or shower with any privacy.
We were forced to vacate early and requested a refund for the unused nights. Despite contacting Booking.com the same night and multiple times afterward, there was no response or support whatsoever. The hotel also refused any refund despite medical evidence.
One of the worst hotel stays I have ever experienced and easily my worst experience with Booking.com.
Strongly not recommended, especially for families or guests with mobility issues.
