Important information:

Reception opening hours: - Monday to Saturday: from 07:00 to 12:30 and from 14:00 to 22:00 - Sunday: from 07:00 to 12:30 and from 14:00 to 21:00.

Please note that children under 4 years old can enjoy breakfast for free. Children with ages between 4 and 11 years old can have breakfast at an extra of 7 EUR. Children aged 12 and above are considered as adults and pay for the full price.

Beds are made on arrival, bedlinen and towels are changed if needed or every 6 days. Cleaning except for the kitchenette area and the dishes is included every 6 days.

Parking reservation must be made prior to arrival. A special night or day rate is also available at the Cité du Vin car park located 164 feet away.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. L'emplacement de l'hôtel est très calme et près des restaurants.
Le petit déjeuner était varié et copieux.
La gentillesse du personnel.

Cons:

Le bruit de la Vmc dans le couloir de la chambre qui même la porte fermée empêche un bon sommeil.

Belle chambre spacieuse,l'entrée également ainsi que la salle de bain (douche/ toilettes) ;Stationnement gratuit aux alentours. Trés bon rapport qualité prix

Cons:

Serviettes un peu trop usées rugueuses manquant d'épaisseur ..Penser à renouveler progressivement les stocks / un presse agrumes éléctrique apporterait un grand plus d'autant que ce n'est pas trés cher!

Bon établissement mais quelques points à améliorer

La propreté

Cons:

Petit déjeuner : les œufs brouillés, les saucisses et le bacon étaient froid. Je l’ai signalé, on m’a dit que c’était le temps que le bain l’air chauffe …. Il était 07:00.
On ne m’a pas proposé de les réchauffer dommage

Dans le logement pas de lit pour faire la vaisselle (éponge, torchon….)

l'emplacement, les chambres .

Cons:

le canapé lit complément HS , nous avons loué deux chambres et les 2 canapés lit sont totalement usés. tres mal dormi, il faut absolument changé les matelas.
