Reception opening hours: - Monday to Saturday: from 07:00 to 12:30 and from 14:00 to 22:00 - Sunday: from 07:00 to 12:30 and from 14:00 to 21:00.
Please note that children under 4 years old can enjoy breakfast for free. Children with ages between 4 and 11 years old can have breakfast at an extra of 7 EUR. Children aged 12 and above are considered as adults and pay for the full price.
Beds are made on arrival, bedlinen and towels are changed if needed or every 6 days. Cleaning except for the kitchenette area and the dishes is included every 6 days.

Lo staff gentile.
The location was ideal: not in the noisy city centre, but also not too far out on the outskirts. It was easy to reach by tram, with two tram stop options within a short walking distance. It was also close to two supermarkets, which was very convenient and especially important for a longer stay. The air conditioning worked very well and was extremely helpful during the very hot period of my stay. The room was also well equipped with everything I needed. It was spacious and comfortable, with a large window that allowed plenty of natural light in when desired.
One small area for improvement would be the kitchen facilities. Although there was a dishwasher in the room, dishwasher pods were not provided. For a short stay, buying them separately is not very practical, as they usually come in a full pack. It would be helpful if dishwasher pods could be provided based on the number of nights booked. The shower head could also benefit from being replaced or improved, as it did not work quite as well as expected.

The hotel was fine, as expected, reception staff was very friendly & very helpful.
Location was decent enough.
The problem I had was the air con did not work in both rooms we tried.
No air con on 40+ degrees is no joke.
Other guests complained & because of this, I would not ever stay here again!
It was a truly miserable night with little sleep.

Da simpatia do rececionista, de ter tv no quarto e na sala, do quarto ser individualizado, do terraço, de ter garagem não muito dispendiosa.
Muito quente. Ar condicionado fraco e no quarto nem sequer existe. Felizmente que tinha uma ventoinha. Sofá-cama muito desconfortável. Localização um pouco distante da cidade, não dá para ir a pé, mas de carro é fácil.

El sofá cama era incómodo.
L’emplacement est top. Les chambres sont grandes, la climatisation fonctionne parfaitement ce qui a largement contribué au confort.
Les parties communes (escaliers) n’étaient clairement pas propres et n’ont pas été nettoyées pendant les 4 nuits où j’ai dormi sur place.
