Important information:

Reception opening hours: - Monday to Saturday: from 07:00 to 12:30 and from 14:00 to 22:00 - Sunday: from 07:00 to 12:30 and from 14:00 to 21:00.

Please note that children under 4 years old can enjoy breakfast for free. Children with ages between 4 and 11 years old can have breakfast at an extra of 7 EUR. Children aged 12 and above are considered as adults and pay for the full price.

Beds are made on arrival, bedlinen and towels are changed if needed or every 6 days. Cleaning except for the kitchenette area and the dishes is included every 6 days.

Parking reservation must be made prior to arrival. A special night or day rate is also available at the Cité du Vin car park located 164 feet away.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. La estancia ha sido un desastre!

No nos gustó la habitación, la cama de matrimonio muy pequeña, la limpieza mala, los olores horribles, el desayuno por un lado estaba incluido pero luego nos dijeron que no, era un hotel pero sólo había personal de recepción unas horas. Se me olvidó una americana en la habitación, me puse en contacto con el hotel y el personal no me respondió. En fin, un desastre!
