El trato por parte del staff inmejorable. Super atentos, te proporcionan mucha información sobre Uvita y cosas a hacer, y dispuestos a ayudar en todo momento. Tuvimos un problema con el vuelo, y el chico nos brindó toda ayuda.
La habitación es correcta, tiene piscina y el desayuno muy bueno!

El lugar es muy acogedor, las áreas compartidas amplias, además de ser un lugar muy tranquilo para desconectar. La cocina compartida esta muy completa y el desayuno muy variado.

Cons:

Lo que nos tomó por sorpresa fue que la habitación no tenía TV y solo había uno en el hotel en el bar. Y lo otro es que permiten el ingreso a personas que no son huéspedes a jugar en la mesa de pool y consumir en el bar.

Las hamacas en las zonas comunes, hay juegos y libros para poder usarlos. La habitación era grande y la ducha estaba muy bien.

Alojamiento muy bien situado. Además de todo lo que se puede pedir de un alojamiento, destaco especialmente la calidad humana del personal; tuvimos un percance y Walter no dudó en brindarnos su asistencia y dedicarnos su tiempo para que todo se resolviera. Todo el equipo un 10.
Y por si fuera poco, un desayuno delicioso y elaborado.
No dudaríamos en repetir si visitásemos de nuevo Uvita :)

El sitio muy bonito y agradable, buena localización, buen desayuno, todo limpio y nos ayudaron a reservar el tour de las ballenas. Agua caliente y buen wifi.
