location is safe and quiet. are is a little desolate with some construction next to the highway. The construction has no bearing on the hotel but there are some detours. I do recommend staying at this hotel

The staff was amazing. Accommodating and very nice. Everything that we had problems with is out of their control. The rooms smelled like mildew and everything was damp. We switched rooms but the 2nd room was the same. Someone was running up and down the hallway at 1am. We didnt see anyone so it was either a ghost or it was the floor below us. The shower was pulling away from the wall and there was mold behind the door in the bathroom. The staff said they had storm damage a couple years ago and some of the rooms still have a smell. It was very late and we only needed the room for 1 night but if we were planning on staying longer we would have gone somewhere else. I dont think anyone should be staying in the rooms for health reasons alone. Until they pull up the carpets and get rid of the smells in the room I would not recommend this hotel. The lobby does look like it has been refurbished and doesnt smell at all. Unfortunately I think that's were the repairs ended.

Disturbance in room above made it difficult to sleep. No evidence that mgmt did anything to resolve problem.

I appreciated the handicap rail in the shower.

I also liked having the digital clock. The breakfast was outstanding.

Our experience was wonderful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The coffee was especially good.

Whole place smelled like marijuana. Absolutely horrible. So dirty the floors were disgusting and people hanging out in the hallway with their doors open yelling and screaming and listening to loud music. Horrible horrible stay

I really liked this property. The only negative which the property has no control is the surrounding road construction and the closure of some streets which made my gps crazy. But like I said this is not the property’s fault.

The hotel was great. The surroundings were not. So much road work and closed roads in the immediate surroundings. Had to find my own way in and out of the parking lot. A little heads up would have been nice. I figured out my last day i had to take the third road before the right that the online directions said, go to the end of that road turn left then take second left to be able to turn into the parking lot. All roads really rough. Not going back there until the road situation is fixed. Not their fault but on my first day after 3 hours or driving then working a full day then heading to the hotel i had to find my way in and out again in the morning. Pretty sure the construction crew hit a water main on Wednesday because when i got close to the hotel that evening all the bumpy cracked roads were floaded. Going to take my car to to the shop tomorrow because on my 2.5 hour ride home it kept pulling to the left....The complementary breakfast was easly a $15 breakfast. Delicious food. Comfy chairs. News on. Very chill.

After a horrible stay at a different hotel, coming to the Fairfield inn & suites Dunn I -95 was a relief.

Nice clean hotel

Ask for a room not facing the interstate and you’ll be fine here. Or put the A/C fan on manual to mute the traffic noise.
