Overall it was a good stay but I wish I had my deposit back
Pros:

Everything was clean and the breakfast was really good! Front desk ladies were helpful and very pretty

Cons:

I have still yet to receive my deposit back. The water was super cold the first day. The info I received on booking.com was completely inaccurate when it came to the pricing. All the charges blindsided me

It was an excellent experience.
Pros:

Breakfast was great; staff extremely polite and helpful.

Cons:

The construction elevator kept opening every time the regular elevator button was pushed. Hated bothering or impeding construction crew.

Room smelled of cigarette smoke
Pros:

It’s close to keystone

Cons:

The room absolutely reeked of smoke. All rooms say they are “non-smoking”, but it smelled like someone had recently been smoking in there. It smelled so horrible, it was hard to even be in the room.

Majestic view around during winter time! Will definitely stay here AGAIN!
Pros:

We love that is surrounded by mountains and trees! When we arrived at night time, we are stunned to see the snow covering all the trees in the morning! It looks so scenic and beautiful!! I am very HAPPY to witness it right outside our room window! Also, the long haired blonde guy at the reception is so welcoming when we arrived. He even recommended a ski resort near us. He is such a helpful and kind guy. Thank you! Keep it up!

Cons:

The pillow is so soft. The bed also is just average. Though the hotel is a bit old, you can still see and feel that they are maintaining it very well. Breakfast is good too! I love that they have fruits also!

Pros:

Great location.
A lot of food places next to the hotel. A cross the street there is a shopping plaza with stores and rental ski place.
The front desk representative John was very polite and helpful.

AWESOME, EXCITING AND BEST TRIP WITH MY SON!!!!!
Pros:

I loved the greeting we rec'd when we arrived. The hotel checkin in was amazing, helpful and friendly. I wish I would have gotten his name. He provided us with details for activities were doing and where to go and always asked us about our day when we returned. Plan on staying with yall again next year.

Cons:

Nothing. We like everything about the facility and the staff. Wish we would have had more time to spend there and more money to spend. We were first time snow boarders so we plan on coming back and trying again.
