Cons:

The room I had overlooked Summit Express and so it was really noisy going late and starting early.
The room was supposed to be an Executive Suite and it was tiny so hard to believe it was a Suite.
The shower head leaked and the floor in the bathroom was soaked when I arrived as the shower door was closed and the shower dripped all night because there was a leak.
So much for being a reward member!!
If that's how a reward member is treated how are regular guests treated 🤔

Great hotel, but beds are very firm.
Pros:

The staff was very friendly and helpful and the location is great. Hotel was very clean and the room was spacious.

Cons:

The beds were very firm and we couldn’t get comfortable.
The breakfast was less than desirable, the waffle batter was super watery and there wasn’t a very big selection of pastries/bagels.
