Great hotel, but beds are very firm.
Pros:

The staff was very friendly and helpful and the location is great. Hotel was very clean and the room was spacious.

Cons:

The beds were very firm and we couldn’t get comfortable.
The breakfast was less than desirable, the waffle batter was super watery and there wasn’t a very big selection of pastries/bagels.

Great Mountain Views
Pros:

John checked us in and he was exceptional and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. He offered kid friendly recommendations for places to eat. The pool was clean and my kids had fun swimming. Breakfast had a lot of options and was delicious. Beds were comfy and enough room for my family of 5. The views of the mountains are amazing as well.

We enjoyed staying here for our annual ski trip!
Pros:

Great affordable, and central location to ski hills, shopping, and restaurants.

Cons:

Unfortunately, the pool an hot tub were under repair while we were there. We were offered passes to the local rec center, but felt that was inconvenient. Room rates should be adjusted when you are not receiving the amenities that we’re advertised.
