Everyone was really nice and helpful and understandable

Cons:

How the handicap Lyft did not have a battery for it went to customer service and they said they didn’t have a battery and they did not know if it worked
And I was told the pool would be heated. It was not very heated.

I was comfortable and slept well and was happy with my experience.
Pros:

I liked the location, the friendliness and the cleanliness. The wifi was better than our family who stayed down the road, who had a few more complaints about thier hotel. The breakfast and lobby area was a very good size as well. Down the road was a little to small.

Cons:

The only thing I didn't like was the toilet paper was too thin and I would have liked more creamer options for my coffee. Other than that, having a working microwave and availability of ice was great! Haven't had that at many hotels lately.

Pros:

The room was very nice, clean, and adequately equipped. The bed was perfect. The breakfast was great with plenty of options.

Cons:

One of the staff members tried to over charge me and was very rude to me and my guest.

Stained furniture in room. Carpet ripped. Room smelled damp and musty. Hair in bathroom sink, like it hadn’t been cleaned, shower moldy, no hot water, faulty fire alarm at 12:30am!

Pros:

Location was convenient for our needs.
We have stayed here before (as there are very few hotels in this town), we sort of knew what to expect.
On two previous visits, the fire alarms had us out of bed in the middle of the night.

Cons:

Strange employee habits. Employees basically just sitting around. Somewhat creepy. Includes employees that seem to never leave the tables at the front outside of the building (smoking and staring at phones). Employees sitting on the floor behind the front desk - leaning on the wall, staring at their phone. Same laundry or housekeeping employees each morning sitting in the breakfast room, eating while hotel guests clean their own tables to have somewhere to sit and eat. Weird, but pretty much what people have grown to expect from Choice hotels.
