Over all our stay was nice. Just some things need to be improved on the hotel end.
Pros:

Very nice hotel. Rooms were clean and comfortable beds. Large bathroom

Cons:

It was not handicap assessible. No other room was available with 2 queen beds.
No grab bars in the bathroom near toilet or in tub/shower combo. I feel that these would be a good idea for everyone especially at the shower.
Had to ask for extra coffee pods and cups because they weren't restocked.

Disappointing
Pros:

Breakfast was average. Good location for our interest. Telephone didn’t work, hot water never got beyond lukewarm warm.

Pros:

Nice size bathroom,refrigerator,and had a microwave. Ice machine was nice but seemed to be having a hard time keeping up with the ice because of how warm the hallway was once getting off the elevator.

Cons:

Air conditioner did not work well,had a hard time cooling room. The hot water took a long time to reach the third floor. It's like there was no recirculating line for the hot water or the recirc pump had gone bad. Bed was to soft for my liking. Plus it was lumpy. The third floor hallway was really warm,if not hot,after getting off of the elevator.

Very restful stay
Pros:

The room was clean. We slept well. All the staff were very friendly.

Cons:

Our shower had mold in it.
The refrigerator had no freezer section.

Not as good as I was expecting but ok

The room was gross and had hair and on furniture and shower and a sock under the couch and food crumbs and junk in the floor and a marker lid was just laying in the floor very poorly cleaned if cleaned at all it looked like they just come in and change the bedding and towels and call it good
