The location
The breakfast was bare bones Consider the price of the breakfast and the room charge. The dryer in the unit didn’t dry the clothes properly. The clothes came out damp after one hour of drying. I only had 3 summer outfits in the dryer. The dryer smelled a little moldy. I think there was not too lint. The dryer and washer was the number one reason when traveling with a family for more than a week. There was no paper towel in the kitchen.
The location was great. Had a good view from the room. Had a good kitchen which was important for us
Number of things did not work in the room. Dishwasher was misaligned. Toilet seat was not warming up. The rug in the living area was dirty. Furniture in living area was also not good. When we arrived we pointed out all these things but the staff took no action

特に入り口の自動ドアが「100呼出」を押さないと開かなく、たまたま警備員さんが近くに居て教えてくれたから入れたけど、事前に入り方を連絡してほしい（もちろん日本語で）
ベッドの布団が湿っていた。
ラウンジの飲み物や食べ物の種類がない。
部屋によるのか、13階のわりにはロケーションは良くなかった。値段も高い。

have been there many times before but not for two years. CONCIERGE services are very important for me. Always excellent in the past. Now non-Japanese staff answered my questions . They were very confident , and Wrong. Wasted time
Wonderful location. Easy for almost everything. Their facility is like a little apartment. They have pay attention on almost everything you need.
A bit hard to find the entrance.

Can't go wrong with the location of Oakwood located about Tokyo Station with access to many train lines, shinkansen, shops and restaurants. The (studio) room was spacious, quiet and very comfortable. The kitchen, washer/dryer, desk, tv and closet were along the length of one side of the room and the bed and small sofa and table were on the opposite side. The layout was well thought out leaving a lot of room to move. The large bathroom with the shower/tub was also spacious with the provided amenities (toothbrush, vanity kit, etc.). The staff here are excellent! We highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay here again.
Location was excellent, right above Tokyo Station and access to many shops and restaurants. The room was quite large with a sizeable and quiet 1 bedroom, bathroom with shower, small living room, and kitchen with eat around counter. All the amenities you could possibly need were provided. The kitchen was well stocked and having the in room washer/dryer definitely helped keep our clothes fresh and clean. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Sho was exceptional in making sure our transfer shuttle to Haneda picked us up in the right area of the hotel and he gave us a lot of helpful information for the next time we stay there. This hotel is highly recommended for staff, location and rooms.
