Pros:

Good location - right beside Tokyo station.
Lawson right outside the service apartment.
Friendly staff.
Kitchen was fully equipped including washing machine and dryer.
Bathroom had a heater as well which helped for drying clothes / towels.

Pros:

This was a great place to spend the first 4 days of our Japanese travels. The apartment was very well appointed and extremely comfortable. The location is great: right next to Tokyo Station and easy access to all of the shops, cafes, restaurants and bars of the area. There is a Lawson convenience store within the building itself, so everything is accessible without even leaving it. The staff were very helpful and spoke English. Highly recommended.

Cons:

Our apartment was at the rear of the building, facing another high-rise, so if that's an issue for you, I'd recommend requesting facing the main street.

Clean, comfortable apartment. Good to have a washing machine. Great location next to Tokyo central station. Two Lawson mini supermarkets downstairs. Very helpful desk staff. Stunning views R909 suite

Great place to stay
Pros:

Good size, well appointed room. Great location as we needed to travel from Tokyo station on our departure.

Cons:

All great - although the breakfast buffet could do with more fresh fruit options.

Great location, quite pricey
Pros:

Staff where friendly and helpful, ideal location close to Tokyo Station, and a Lawson's on the ground floor. Room had a full kitchen which was great for eating in. Good amount of room in shower and bathroom.

Cons:

Room felt narrow, little room to move past the beds. First time staying in Tokyo however, compared to Kyoto and Osaka accommodations, Oakwood was significantly more expensive. Toilet felt quite small. Hotel breakfast offered a good range of food and drink however was quite expensive, so we only ate there to save time on a few busy mornings.
