Best location and comfortable room!
Pros:

The location is superb and the room is so big and neat! The kitchen facilities especially fit us as we come with kids and elders, allowing more flexibility through out the day. Staffs are all very helpful and friendly!

Great base to stay in Tokyo
Pros:

We stayed here for five nights with my daughter and had a very comfortable and enjoyable stay. The room was spacious, spotlessly clean and well laid out with very comfortable beds and excellent bathroom amenities.
The staff were lovely and extremely helpful, especially when they organised a taxi for us very early one morning to the airport. The fact that this is a 24-hour hotel was also greatly appreciated and made everything feel easy and stress free.
The location is excellent, close to the station, a Lawson’s convenience store downstairs and only about a 10-minute walk to Ginza. Overall, a great base in Tokyo and a place we would happily stay again.

Cons:

The only small downside was that the room felt a little stuffy at times. Despite adjusting the air conditioning, we struggled to keep the room cool enough. There was a vent near the window that could be opened for fresh air, but using it seemed to affect the air conditioning slightly.
