Very convenient for Amritsar Airport and only a 15 minute ride into town

On the whole great just the tea delivery issue

The property was perfect. No issues with it

Cons:

I understand that the tipping mentality exists in India, from saying hello to an actually doing something a tip is expected. I had an issue with a member of staff who delivered tea to my room , he was aggressive in waiting for a tip, he tried to step into the room by putting his foot in the door so it would not close , he tried to step a little into the room as I walked back to get something for him , I had to say don’t come into the room wait outside. He did do this and I have the tip.
I don’t think he meant to intimidate me but he did. Staff need to be aware not to cross this line of expectations.
On another hand my husband was in bed so privacy is important for guests

Just perfect!
Pros:

Staff was very nice. Raghav at front desk was excellent in taking care of all of our needs. Roshan from housekeeping was very good as well. No complaints at all.
