Instead of staff and food nothing was good . Rooms and bathrooms aren’t clean .
Pros:

Only the Staff was good ,Bell boy, Reception, chefs and staff in dining area were great. They genuinely showed their interest to make our stay better

Cons:

The rooms smells smoke and floors were sticky like it’s haven’t been mopped . The bathrooms look old and unfinished or improper work done .
The towels look too old .,

Excellent stay
Pros:

Had a good stay at Park Inn by Radisson Amritsar. The hotel is conveniently located near the airport, and the overall experience was comfortable.

A special mention to Vikas and Raghav from the Front Desk. Both were very polite, helpful, and professional. They made the check-in process smooth and were always available whenever we needed any assistance. Their friendly behaviour made us feel welcomed throughout our stay.

The room was comfortable and the staff was courteous. We had a hassle-free stay and appreciated the service provided by the team.

Thank you, Vikas and Raghav, for your support and hospitality. Overall, a pleasant experience, and I would be happy to stay here again on my next visit to Amritsar.

Cons:

When we reached the property and settled in the room asked for bathroom slippers many times no answer. While booking the showed breakfast included which they asked me to pay . Air conditioning was only working at 23 was sweating all night tried to lower the temperature but all in vain. No toiletries provided

Cons:

I mean they were counting the glass water bottles given by the hotel at the time of check out and we had to explain we returned all of them. Weird question considering people coming from afar could do with taking away glass stuff. They could have checked internally before asking that question.
