REINE KATASTROPHE!!!

Wir haben das Hotel notgedrungen gebucht, als wir da ankamen war der erste Eindruck von dem Zimmer schon schockierend. Der Boden bis zum geht nicht mehr dreckig, dreckige Bettwäsche und Handtücher.
Unfreundliches Personal, werben mit 5 Sterne Hotel aber vor Ort heißt es das es kein Hotel ist und man nicht dementsprechend einen Service bekommt. Als wir mit der der Dame an der Rezeption diskutieren fing sie an zu schreien das sie Angst um ihr Leben hat und dann kamen aus allen Ecken ganz komischen Männer angerannt, sehr professionell.
