Boa estadia.
Pros:

Ótima localização. Check-in e check-out rápidos. Recepcionistas gentis. Chuveiro, ar-condicionado e TV excelentes! Bom café da manhã. Bom restaurante.

Cons:

Quarto e banheiro com iluminação fraca. Mofo no teto do quarto. A limpeza deixou a desejar, principalmente do banheiro. Porta de vidro do banheiro rangendo muito. Telefone quase inaudível. Na chegada, faltavam toalhas de banho e o cofre não estava funcionando.

Pros:

Gostei do quarto, café da manhã extremamente saboroso, sauna super linda, corredores lindos e elevadores super rápidos!

Cons:

O ponto mais negativo de longe foram as janelas do meu quarto, estavam extremamente sujas, o que dificultava ver a vista pro mar, isso me deixou chateado pois somos cobrados para fazer esse upgrade no quarto (que não foi barato) e não vinga pagar a mais tendo a janela extremamente suja!

Atendimento rápido e muita atenção.

Cons:

O estacionamento é administrado por uma empresa privada, com atendimento horrível. A nota fiscal não é fornecida no momento e as informações não são passadas de forma clara, além de ser necessário entrar em contato por telefone. O atendimento é péssimo pelas pessoas responsáveis. Nesta última vez não me deram o RPS o que dificultou mais ainda a solicitação da NF, que até o momento não enviaram.

Sim, quarto super confortável!

Cons:

Ficamos no quarto 2604. O chuveiro principal não estava funcionando, apenas o menor. Além disso, estava faltando uma parte do vidro do box do banheiro, o que deixava o chão super molhado do lado de fora.

Corredores com carpete mal cheiroso e sem ar condicionado e sem decoracao . Café da manhã caro Liguei na recepção e ninguém atendeu.. tive q tentar várias vezes. Pessoal na recepção antipático e demorado no check in. Check out ok.
