Cons:

Do atendimento do pessoal. Na chegada tinha uma fila enorme para check-in. Como chegamos antes, deixamos as malas guardadas no hotel. Para revê-las, o responsável não encontrou as mesmas. Quando saímos, esquecemos o paletó no armário. Logo em seguida entramos em contato com o sr, Fábio, chefe da governança. Mas ele nem respondeu. Então pedimos para nossa filha ver a devolução com o hotel. Depois de 13 dias de contato diário recebemos o paletó Um hotel que cuida bem das instalações, apresenta problemas graves com os funcionários no atendimento ao hospede. O jantar também foi muito ruim, a pizza estava fria e tudo demorou muito.
