Gutes Hotel mit schlechter Matratze.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Die Matratze war defekt und wir hatten 3 Tage keinen richtigen Schlaf.

الموقع مميز قريب جداً من تقسيم ومن محطة العبارة

المسؤولون كانوا خلوقين ومحترمين

Cons:

الغرفة ضيقة والآثاث قديم وليس فيها اطلالة مكتومة وبعيدة عن الشارع وموقع الفندق في منحدر لابد من طلوع إلى الشارع فكبار السن لا ينفع معهم هذا السكن خاصة لمن ليس لديه سيارة

La puzza di umidità era insopportabile, no mi è stato offerto un upgrade, anzi, una stanza di categoria inferiore, più piccola e brutta. Quindi non ho accettato lo scambio.

super freundliches Personal, wir hatten nach einem Zimmer mit größerem Balkon gefragt und es wurde alles möglich gemacht, um unserem Wunsch nachzukommen. Personal ist auch durchgehend vor Ort ansprechbar.

Cons:

Der "Balkon" von unserem gebuchten Zimmer, weshalb wir vor Ort ein Upgrade gemacht haben.

Pros:

Everything was perfect, the rooms are very clean and team were very friendly and helpful to support you for any questions you have. The location is very close to all attractions just few minutes by walk or taxi.
