The only small issue was that the refrigerator was making noise without stop.
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is excellent—the tram stop is just a minute’s walk away, making it very easy to explore the city. The hotel is very clean, the rooms are comfortable, and the staff is friendly and helpful. The breakfast was fresh, tasty, and offered a good variety of food. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again!

Деякі деталі які не дуже впливають на зручність ,але можуть псувати загальне враження. Наприклад в душі відірвана труба ,душ працює ,але вона не зручно торчить зі стіни.чи десь обої відклеялись,легко виправити.
Dear Hotel Management,
We booked a room for 6 guests, but when we arrived, there were only 3 blankets available.
We asked for the missing blankets several times, but despite our repeated requests, we had to wait 3 days before the remaining 3 blankets were finally provided. This caused us significant inconvenience and discomfort during our stay.
What was even more disappointing was that one of the staff members became upset when we asked again, even though our request was completely reasonable since the reservation was clearly for 6 people.
We expected better service and a more professional response. We hope you will take this feedback seriously to improve the experience for future guests.
