Uitstekend hotel/appartement combinatie!
Pros:

Goed bereikbaar, genoeg parkeerplekken in onderliggende garage, goede zwem en sportfaciliteiten. Je kunt al zwemmen vroeg in de ochtend, na 07:00, dat is handig als je even uurtje wilt bewegen voor het ontbijt. Ontbijt is goed! Kamers zijn schoon en in de keuken heb je alles wat je nodig hebt. Er wordt elke dag schoongemaakt en ook bijzonder vind ik dat elke dag nieuwe handdoeken worden geplaatst! Ideaal hotel/appartement voor verblijf in Istanbul!

Pros:

We had a very pleasant stay overall and I would gladly recommend this hotel. The reception staff was exceptional, especially the gentleman who checked us in — very kind, professional, and attentive to our needs. The bed linens were clean, the beds were comfortable, the breakfast offered a wide variety of choices, and the parking access was very easy and convenient.

Cons:

However, there are a few aspects that kept me from giving a perfect 10. We rented an apartment for 4 people and, perhaps because we were given a different room, there were not enough towels for everyone, and slippers and bathrobes were missing as well. That being said, after informing the reception the next day, the gentleman at the desk promptly brought us everything we requested, which we truly appreciated.

I would also suggest paying a bit more attention to the details when it comes to cleanliness. The kitchen furniture, as well as some of the mirrors in the rooms, had visible stains and marks. As I mentioned, if the cleanliness had been at the same level as the rest of the services and facilities, I would have happily given a 10.

Comfortable stay but a little far away from the highlights in the city
Pros:

We had a nice stay at the hotel, the apartment was spacious enough and it was in a good condition. The check-in went smoothly with luggage being brought up quickly, and also other information requests were answered & followed-up quickly. Housekeeping service was good, the maid Fatmanur did a good job.

The hotel is located near a few small shops & restaurants as well as a big mall with supermarket. Bear in mind that it is not close to a metro station so you would need to take public transportation to get to a metro station and further explore the city.

Cons:

For cooking, the apartment can be furnished a lot more, with cooking equipment and maybe some basic stuff like salt/pepper/oil/etc. Another thing is that the TV has no option to play popular apps such as Netflix, Prima, Youtube, etc. This makes the choices for non-Turkish guests a bit limited.

Pros:

I would like to sincerely thank Mr. Shaaref Munir, the Front Office Lead, for his outstanding leadership and exceptional professionalism. Upon our arrival, we experienced an issue with our room. However, Mr. Munir and his team addressed the matter promptly and efficiently. Within less than an hour of reporting the issue, they not only resolved the problem but also upgraded us to a larger, more exclusive apartment, which we truly appreciated.

I would also like to commend the excellent cleanliness standards and room service. In particular, Ms. Fatmanur (if I recall her name correctly) provided marvelous service throughout our stay.

The hotel also offered excellent parking facilities, a wonderful breakfast selection, and a highly supportive team that was always available whenever needed.

I highly recommend this property, especially for guests planning a longer stay. Thank you once again for the amazing service and hospitality.

Alle waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück war sehr umfangre7ch, abwechselnd und lecker! Es gab jeden Tag eine warme Suppe und frischen Obst, Gemüse und auch warme Speisen!

• Convenience: The attached Akyaka Park mall is a game-changer. It has everything you need—from a large supermarket for groceries to various dining options and shops—just a short walk away.
• Amenities: Having a full kitchen and laundry in the room made managing a week-long family trip so much easier.
• Facilities: The kids loved the indoor pool and playground. The entire property feels safe and well-maintained.
• Location: While it's on the Asian side, the calm atmosphere and nearby shopping were far more relaxing than staying in the crowded city center.
