Замечательный отель! Останавливаемся здесь уже в третий раз, и каждый раз остаемся в полном восторге. Сервис на высшем уровне: персонал работает профессионально и всегда готов помочь!Очень радует качественный сервис и внимание к деталям. В номерах чисто, уборку делают ежедневно, всегда порядок. Вкусные завтраки. Удобное месторасположение. Нам все очень понравилось, обязательно вернемся снова!

Завтрак прекрасный, порадовало наличие супов по утрам. Расположение хорошее если вы не особо планируете экскурсии.

Cons:

Зимой бассейн холодный, и все помещение около него. Огорчило что ресторан открыт только на завтрак.

В очередной раз убеждаемся в высоком уровне этого отеля. В этот раз отдыхали большой компанией (двумя семьями), и сервис снова не подвел. На 39 этаже у нас была замечательная горничная из Молдовы — очень старательная и профессиональная. Чистота и отношение персонала на высоте. Спасибо за гостеприимство!

Great stay like your home!
Pros:

The apartment was on the 39 floor
Amazing view of the city
Very nice apartment, nothing was missing

Unless you want to be near vosporus it is located on a very convinient spot

The breakfast was nice with a lot of options

The employees were very polite (all) and helpful with everything I have asked and always willing to help me out

I will definitely stay again and I do recommend it

Fijne luxe ruime hotel met een prachtig uitzicht over Istanbul
Pros:

Hele mooie hotel met een mooie overzicht over de stad en heel comfortabel met een gezin met 2 aparte kamers en zwembad, fitness en sauna. We hebben als gezin erg genoten en zijn nu voor de 2e keer naar dit hotel geweest.

Cons:

Wifi dekking is wel goed maar wifi snelheid is soms
In de avond wat minder goed. Niet een grote probleem maar zou ik wel als tip willen geven om aan te pakken (indien mogelijk)
