كانت إقامتي في الفندق جيدة بشكل عام، وأكثر ما لفت انتباهي هو مستوى الاحترافية والاحترام الذي تتمتع به موظفات الاستقبال السعوديات نفخر بهن، فقد كنّ على قدر كبير من اللباقة، وحسن التعامل، وسرعة المتابعة، والاحترافية بصناعة الفندقة ، مما يعكس صورة مشرّفة عن الموظفات السعوديات وجودة الخدمة في الفندق، ولهن كل الشكر والتقدير والإطراء والاحترام.

وفي المقابل، لدي بعض الملاحظات، أرى أنها ستسهم في الارتقاء بتجربة النزلاء إذا تمت معالجتها:

* بوفيه الإفطار يحتاج إلى تطوير من حيث الجودة والإعداد والنكهة والطعم وليس المظهر البراق.
* القهوة لم تكن بالمستوى المتوقع اطلاقاً ويبدو أنها ليست طازجة، لذا آمل تحسين جودتها.
* جهاز تحميص الخبز (التوستر) يصدر صوتًا مرتفعًا ومزعجًا داخل صالة الإف
طار، ويستحسن صيانته أو استبداله.
* الفول كان ذا قوام سائل أكثر من المعتاد، والشكشوكة تحتاج إلى مزيد من الإتقان في الإعداد من حيث النكهة والقوام بالطريقة التقليدية السعودية.
* المصعد الرئيسي بطيء في الاستجابة، بينما المصعد الآخر كان خارج الخدمة، مما تسبب في انتظار أطول، خاصة خلال أوقات الذروة.

أقدم هذه الملاحظات بكل تقدير، إيمانًا بأن الفندق يمتلك مقومات مميزة، ومع الاهتمام بهذه الجوانب سيكون مستوى التجربة أفضل بكثير. أتمنى لكم دوام النجاح، وأتطلع إلى رؤية هذه التحسينات في زيارتي القادمة لمحافظة بلجرشي.
