Trivial I know but losing internet connection when outside of room is annoying

Apartment was large - kitchenette, washer/dryer were fantastic to have - all very clean and modern. Perfect location 2 mins walk from Orchard Road.

Our room was cleaned one day when we had the Do Not Disturb button on. Little bit of mold in the bathroom shower.

All round it was a great place to stay. Great facilities, great staff, very clean, a great location. Can’t fault a thing.
We stayed in a one bed apartment for 9 nights. Apartment is very nice, great condition of all furnishings, the separate bedroom made it feel like home and not a hotel, great washer dryer in the room, good waterfall shower. Sparsely equipped kitchenette, but who’s going to be scratch cooking anyway?! Good air con, you can set a nice cool temperature like 19, some hotels don’t allow below 21 or 22 which is too warm for us.
Very fast WiFi everywhere, so no problem with remote working or cloud sync for photos etc.
Ask for a high floor, as windows are single glazed, so a low room road side might be a bit noisy.
Good housekeeping service, nice pool area, adequately equipped gym. Excellent breakfast buffet, possibly the best I’ve ever had.
Location is perfect. Quiet neighbourhood, supermarket on ground floor, selection of good value places to eat very close by. Subway and bus stops within 5 minute walk, to quickly go anywhere in the city very cheap and easy, just touch on & off with a bank card. We expected to use Grab (think Uber) a lot, but absolutely no need.
Bag storage is no problem on departure day, and it’s free.
Reception staff need more oomph and service about them. Functional but not impressive. Concierge staff are fine.
The guest computers in reception are old Macs, and the wireless keyboards and mice are not being kept charged, so when you want to use the computers, you can’t. And if you could, they are slow due to age. They are also wrongly configured, they should be using passwordless guest login accounts, that wipe as soon as each user ends a session.
We asked for a 6 hour room extension and were happy to pay proportionately accordingly. Reception confirmed that the room was available for another night, so room availability wasn’t an issue. But we were told it was pay for a whole night or nothing. That is just plain stupid, the mgmt are just throwing away an easy opportunity profit. It makes no difference to housekeeping being able to have the room ready for another guest the next day.

Acqua della piscina a febbraio fredda. La sauna era sempre spenta per più giorni, chiusa per manutenzione. La colazione era buona e ricca ma poco varia la proposta, ogni giorno le solite cose.

Property was very clean, located in nice shopping area and staff were friendly & professional
Only thing we didn’t like was lack of vegetarian options in the breakfast and things were mainly the same not much change.
Very convenient to MRT and easy walk to Orchard Road. Plenty of food options and supermarket in same building. Staff were lovely.
We were in end room and external door kept slamming from early hours. Apart from this all else was really good.

Le studio est spacieux et équipé. Il est possible de cuisiner (cuisine équipée et supermarché en bas de l'hôtel) ou de se restaurer juste à coté (de nombreux petits restaurants longent une des rues de l'hôtel)
L'emplacement permet d'effectuer quelques sites à pieds (Clark quay ou ion orchard sont à 25 minutes ...) le métro le plus proche est Somerset ; ainsi que des arrêts de bus se trouvant à moins de 10 minutes de marche.
Il y a une salle de sport, une piscine et un sauna... permettant de se reposer après une journée de visite.
La climatisation est forte dans les couloirs et le Crystal café (lieu où est servi le petit déjeuner)
La chambre n'est pas très bien insonorisée.
