The location was great, close to the MRR, shops, supermarket, restaurants, hair/beauty with clothes washer & dryer in room for convenience.

The 2-bedroom unit was clean and perfect for my family of 4, full kitchen, washing machine/dryer, huge double bed, walk through robe, 2 bathrooms and toilets. There is a 24hr full size supermarket underneath which came in very handy. It is located a short walk (400 metres) from Somerset MRT. From there you can travel anywhere in Singapore very cheaply. The in-house breakfast has a wide variety of food to suit most people's taste. We had breakfast included in the price of our stay. There are an assortment of local food vendors and multiple restaurants all on the same street.
The breakfast was a great variety and yum. Beds were comfy and the room in the apartments was just what we needed for the week.
Bins could have been bigger in the room. Directions to finding the entrance could be made more obvious (it’s around the corner to the left of the cafe)

It was very clean, close to lots of restaurants, orchardgateway and the MRT. So easy to access all of Singapore’s amazing things to do. Great having a 24hr supermarket on site. Having a small kitchen and dining area was great. Breakfast was amazing, lots of choice and so good it was included. The gym was adequate for this size property and well maintained and clean around pool area.
The pool area! The very few pool loungers were broken, there was only 1 umbrella so it was too hot to lounge by the pool. The pool is also not heated and was so cold. There is no cafe on site so you cannot get a drink around the pool and signs everywhere for no food or drink. The room was also freezing and you can’t adjust the aircon, which made clicking and noises all night!

The staff, when there was a hiccup with my room, fixed it immediately.
Being given the incorrect type of room for the first night, until we told the staff the next morning, then it was amended immediately.
