Generally I like to stay here.
Pros:

Location. Facilities and the staffs.

Cons:

The gymnasium equipment is quite old and not well maintained.
The floor is not cleaned frequently.

Family of 3 with 10yo staying 6 nights
Pros:

Location, cleanliness, staff, breakfast , gym and pool and good value for money against comparable establishments in Singapore. Shower strong and hot too.

החדר היה מחולק היטב כך שיכולנו לשבת בסלון והתינוק בחדר שינה
יש מטבח ומכונת כביסה
קרוב למתחם קניות ואוכל
מחיר סביר לשהיה

Cons:

היה קר בחדר ולא ניתן לנו פתרון וגם הרצפה קרה
השירותים היו קטנים ולא פונקציונאליים
ארוחת הבוקר מאוד מאוד בסיסית אך יש סופר צמוד 24/7
קצת הליכה אל תחבורה ציבורית

Pros:

The staff is very friendly and professional; they took care of every request I had. It’s in a great location from which you can reach beautiful places on foot.

Fun week with our family, room was roomy and clean, staff were great, breakfast included was a plus
Pros:

The room and staff were great. We went away to spend time with our grandson's. Breakfast was good variety and hotter than most buffets I have been to. Would have liked to be a bit closer to other restaurants and MRT but the walks were worth it.

Cons:

The rooms were clean, the others facilities we did not use from lack of time trying to fit our itinerary into the one week. But did check them out and other guests were using them.

Vaimo halusi kaukoitään ja oli tyytyväinen Singaporen kaupunkilomaan.
Pros:

Mukavan vaihteleva, mutta pekoni, munakokkeli ja bruna bönerit oli joka aamu. OK.
Bussi ja metroyhteys Somersetin asemalle, sieltä pieni kävelymatka hotellille. Hotellin sisäänkäynti oli kyllä vähän hassu sijainniltaan,takapuolella taloa.

An enjoyable stay, all facilities were exceptional and we did not want to leave :)
Pros:

We travelled as a family, with a 3 year old. The room was perfect for our needs, safe and clean. The pool was amazing for us all to use. The breakfast offered was exceptional, good variety and choice. All the staff were kind and caring, attentive to all our needs. We had a late flight home on our last day, so the kind offer to store our luggage and the opportunity to use the pool before we departed was perfect in entertaining a three year old.

We would love to return again and would definitely make enquiries to stay at this hotel again as the location to transport hubs and local amenities was perfect.

No negatives to this hotel.

Nice apartment in a good location but could be better with a few additions and upgrades.
Pros:

Breakfast was okay with some variety changes each day. Location was very good. Staff helpful.

Cons:

Shower not working properly as it was cold water flowing out until it was fixed. Kitchen didn't have enough supplies e.g. utensils, saucepan etc. No hot water in the kitchen area to wash dishes etc. which caused a problem as there isn't a dishwasher. Room towels and swimming towels could have been of a better quality.

Convenient and comfortable stay close to many attractions
Pros:

Well equipped apartment. Excellent location, with convenience store downstairs and not far from Metro station

Cons:

The bath towels were over their best, and rather thin. Should be replaced.
