Cons:

The room floaded 10 minutes after check in... was fixed and cleaned within a reasonable time.. but woke up in the morning kids were shocking from the heat.. i was told i needed to take off the card for two minutes to reset the electric circuit in the room.. so the ac works again and the power cones back on.. imagine, we have to check the card every couple of hours.... no wifi in the room.. .. last but not least, lift not working

J’ai passé un séjour exceptionnel à l’hôtel LAGACE. J’ai été séduit par de nombreux aspects : l’accueil irréprochable, la gentillesse sincère et le côté profondément humain de tout le personnel. Je me suis senti comme à la maison dès mon arrivée.
La personne à l’accueil, Daad., m’a même préparé du café libanais avec amour wbasaretly Kamen 😉— un petit geste qui en dit long sur la qualité du service. Le responsable, quant à lui, a été extrêmement disponible et toujours prêt à trouver des solutions pour rendre mon séjour plus agréable.
Et la cerise sur le gâteau : un rapport qualité-prix absolument imbattable pour un établissement aussi propre, chaleureux et attentionné. Une adresse que je recommande les yeux fermés… même si le seul point à améliorer, c’est l’éclairage ! 😊
