Fűtés nélküli szobàt kaptunk amikor este 10 kor érkeztünk , meg is fáztunk a fagyos szobàban màsnap kaptunk új szobát de a személyzetet nem nagyon érdekelte a kellemetlenségünk, mondták, hogy ja igen tudjuk, hogy abban a szobában nincs fűtés, ez felháborító volt, hogy így is kiadták

Pros:

Super lokalizacja w samym środku Ostrowa Tumskiego. Klimatyczny hotel z super widokiem przez okno. Śniadania pyszne i duży wybór dań na ciepło oraz słodkości. Kawa bardzo dobra. Cisza i spokój.

Cons:

Materac w łóżku mógłby być twardszy.

Pobyt we Wrocławiu udany w hotelu nie koniecznie.
Cons:

W pokoju dwuosobowym na łóżku bardzo wysokie poduszki tylko po jednej - brak możliwości wyboru poduszki. Łóżko wyposażone tylko w jedną kołdrę na 2 osoby. W łazience brak kubeczków do mycia zębów. tylko jeden mały kosz w łazience a w pokoju mini bufet z kawą i herbatą do zaparzania. W oknach wyszczerbione na bokach rolety. Przy wyjeździe zgłosiłam moje uwagi, ale dowiedziałam się, że mogłam zgłosić w recepcji. Przy jednodniowym pobycie nie ma się czasu na upominanie się o rzeczy oczywiste, szczególne w hotelu 4*.
Jak na hotel z 4* , z tak świetną lokalizacją to trochę słabo.
