A Real Gem of a Hotel
Pros:

An amazing hotel, exceptional staff, from check in to check out. Room was spotlessly clean, comfortable and so quiet. Breakfast was great...large selection of hot and cold food. The location is beautiful right next to the Botanical gardens.

nasze odkrycie roku - jeździliśmy parokrotnie do Wrocławia, ale ten obiekt pobił wszystkie!

Śniadanie przerosło nasze oczekiwania. Naprawdę było wykwintnie i przepysznie - duży wybór na ciepło, również możliwość zamówienie omleta, na zimno, owoce ciasta, wspaniała kawa. Nawet podanie najwyższej jakości i na porcelanie Villeroy&Boch. Sam hotel znakomity - położony wspaniale, w cichej części Wrocławia, parking dostępny pod hotelem (parkometr) -bez problemu mogliśmy znaleźć miejsce. Hotel czysty, dość nowy, lub na bieżąco odrestaurowywany, ponieważ budynek ma już swoje lata, ale nie widać tego po nim. Na parterze dostępna całodobowa kaplica. Bardzo polecamy!

Cons:

Okna wewnętrzne skierowane na dach - dają słaby widok. Za to cisza biła nieziemska :)

Wystrój wnętrza stoi na bardzo wysokim poziomie. Elementy takie jak ryby, efektowny żyrandol, ekspozycja sztuki czy stylowe szafy nadają przestrzeni wyjątkowego smaczku i oryginalnego charakteru

Cons:

Obsługa i udogodnienia w tym czterogwiazdkowym hotelu to tragedia. Brak żelazka potrafię jeszcze zrozumieć, choć przychodzi mi to z ogromnym trudem. Gorzej, gdy o nie proszę, a personel zapewnia mnie, że je otrzymam – oczekuję go natychmiast, bo chcę wykonać czynność i wyjść, a nie czekać godzinę, bo pan o mnie zapomniał.

Po drugie: jeśli chcę zjeść w ciepłym miejscu i jest ono dostępne, to chcę w nim zjeść, a nie słyszeć, że mam się przenieść do jadalni z przeciągiem, bo właśnie ktoś zwolnił stolik i teraz już tam mogę usiąść. Jeśli przez to zachoruję, ciekawe, czy pani zwróci mi koszty leczenia i nieobecności w firmie?

Cieknący prysznic, zniszczony blat, brak możliwości zasłonięcia okna – to chyba nie jest miejsce, w którym chce się wypoczywać, nawet kosztem genialnej lokalizacji.

Great stay in a beautiful hotel
Pros:

The hotel is stunning & located in a very pretty area of the city. The staff were lovely & very helpful.

Cons:

The kitchenette would have benefited from a bit more equipment. For example, they kindly provided coke, juice & beer bottles in the fridge but no bottle opener (although the maid quickly found us one when we asked).

La ubicación del hotel es increíble. Justo al lado de la catedral. Proximidad al río, buenos restaurantes. Precioso de noche. Muy tranquilo.

El hotel es muy antiguo. El secador de pelo está amarillento por el paso del tiempo, los mangos son de radiadores viejos, etc. Hay muebles antiguos en el pasillo con muelles viejos y agujeros en el sofá.

Los artículos de ducha son muy básicos y no proporcionan zapatillas de casa

Pedí una sábana. Hacía demasiado calor para taparme con una manta, pero no me dieron ninguna.

Bardzo przyjemny pobyt. Wszystko tak jak w opisie.

Lokalizacja super, tuż obok wrocławskiej katedry. Okolica bardzo przyjemna, spokojna i cicha. Widok z okna na katedrę.
Śniadanie smaczne, dużo opcji do wyboru.
Pokój ładny, przestronny, łazienka czysta. Dostępne ręczniki i środki do mycia.

Cons:

Brak rolet w oknach powodował dyskomfort wieczorem przy zapalonym świetle. W porze letniej przydałyby się też moskitiery w oknach.

Hotel Jana Pawla II in Breslau
Pros:

Das Hotel war an sich in Ordnung. Die Möbel sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen. An die Bügel im Schrank ist man wegen der großen Höhe nicht rangekommen und er war nicht abschließbar, da defekt. Es gab keinen deutschen Sender im Fernsehen und ab 3/4 9 p.m. kein Bieer oder Ähnliches mehr zu trinken, da das Restaurant um 21 Uhr geschlossen war. Das Früstück und alles Andere waren vollkommen in Ordnung. Die Angestellten waren auch nett.

Cons:

In der Beschreibung war auch eine Bar angegeben. Diese ist nicht vorhanden. Das Hotel bzw. Mobiliar müssten einmal überholt werden. Der Fön z.B. fiel auseinandr. Und, wie oben schon erwähnt, gingen die Schränke nicht zu schließen, da sie defekt waren.

Die Lage war sehr gut, auf der Dominsel, mit der Straßenbahn in ca. 15 Minuten vom Bahnhof zu erreichen.Trotz der zentralen Lage war es sehr ruhig Die Altstadt und den Markt erreicht man gut zu Fuß. Das Frühstück war sehr vielseitig mit warmen Speisen, Kuchen, Pancakes und recht großer Obstauswahl. Das ganze mit Blick auf den Botanischen Garten. Gutes Kaffeeangebot. Alles war sauber, die Betten bequem. Das Personal war sehr aufmerksam und sehr freundlich.

Enttäuschend war das wir das Frühstück noch mal nach bezahlen mussten, obwohl es beim Check in schon bezahlte wurde.
Und den Parkplatz mussten wir auch noch extra bezahlen obwohl, laut Vorbestellung alles inklusive sein sollte.
