Room style is very nice and comfortable.

Buona accoglienza all'arrivo, è un buon posto dove soggiornare una notte appena scesi dall'aeroporto. C'è stato un problema con l'acqua corrente che è stato risolto in una decina di minuti. Le stanze sembravano pulite e l'aria condizionata funzionava bene. La zona è buona se si vuole fare una passeggiata senza spostarsi. In generale siamo stati soddisfatti della scelta.

A solid, but bare bones place to stay in Negombo if you’re passing through. The room is spacious and clean, but just the basics. And the hotel is a short walk to the beach, on just on the main road, with a lot of restaurants close by. Not the place you’d want to spend a week, but if you need a no-frills place close to the airport, this does the job.

Staff was very friendly, room was nice, close to the beach and many restaurants nearby to choose from.

Very comfortable, big rooms with fridge, seating area and AC. Friendly staff and central location. You can use the pool of the next hotel if you wish

We stayed here few times. The hotel staff are friendly and helpful. The hotel is located within walking distance to restaurants and beach. Wifi had problems on some days. The staff tried to do their best to sort this. Overall nice place.

It was not bad just asked for early check in due to early morning flight but they don't allowed. cleanliness is good. One big complain that no exhaust fan in the bathrooms and they are really warm during day time. Met the owner personally and he was a nice gentleman.

Stay was good hotel very clean and modern, good breakfast served on roof top area. Had use of next doors hotel pool at half the price you would pay at Paradise Beach hotel.had coffee and tea making facilities but no fridge but ok for short stay

This was a one night stay on arrival in Sri Lanka so as to get some rest before moving on. Staff were friendly but seemed slightly disorganized, for example I was asked to sign confirming I would pay, despite having paid in full through Hotels.com (which reception confirmed) staff could not explain the need for this and I refused to sign. Also only one breakfast arrived at our room next morning (an oversight I'm sure but I ended up going without breakfast as we didn't have time to wait for another to be prepared) The room was fine, clean and comfortable but we were only given tiny towels and the shower ran cold. An ok stay for one night, reasonable price for peak season.

it is a nice and clean stay by the negombo beach. We celebrated new years eve there with a perfectly good crowd on the beach with a bonfire and tonnes of fireworks.

The breakfast could be served a bit better as things get cold even before they reach you.

We arrived late in the evening. The check in was fast but found out the room was dated and the couch was dirty. Only two towels were provided and they were very old. They also switched off the hot water supply and we had to clean ourselves with a cold shower after a long flight. The only good thing about the hotel is good breakfast with very nice fruit plate.

We had the apartment very spacious very nice perfect for friends or a family.

Everything was perfect but there were some insects living with us in the apartment they were nor harmful but you should look where to step.

The host was nice the beach was okay with access to the next hotels pool overall it was good.
