Nothing special, but good location
Pros:

This hotel/guest house is close to Galle road and the shore-line. The room is nothing special, even though quite large, it's got a bath-room with shower and a tv. The wi-fi didn't really function inside the room for most of the time. Quite cheap, but there are nicer places to stay, but if you just need a room to keep your things and to get some sleep it's fine. The road next to the sea is just outside, use ear-plugs while sleeping and it might not be a problem. A plus is that there is a food-store just 50 m away.

Pros:

室内においていた貴重品の盗難がありました。
警察を呼びましたが、ホテルの対応は最悪でした。
セキュリティーは0と言っていいかと思います。

Pros:

Good location, not far away from train station (going to train station by tuk-tuk was only for 500 rupees). Very fast wifi Internet. But the room was not very clean (I saw a big cockroach there). Also there was no hot water in washroom. This place is suitable to spend a night while traveling with backpack, but not more.
