Awful
Pros:

The staff was nice

Cons:

Nothing felt clean, the place was very run down, the water didnt get hot, the free wifi with last name and password didnt work, there were people literally fighting and screaming in the hallway i had to call twice before it stopped. I did not feel comfortable or safe.

$200 non-refundable pet deposit for one night is wild.

I was staying one night with my dog… ONE… night.. with a fully trained 6 year old dog…. And they wanted to charge me a $200 non-refundable pet deposit… insane.

Disappointing
Cons:

We booked a room with 2 beds. They overbooked so my friend and i were given two single rooms instead. Obviously this was a bad mistake and a poor solution. The hallways smelled awful.

Decent stay with some flaws.
Pros:

Comfortable beds. Nice gym. Microwave and fridge with stove top. Good location. Free coffee in the morning. Not bad value.

Cons:

Housekeeping is not existent. Have to get your trash and go to the dumpster to dump your trash. If you put your trash outside your door for pickup, the front desk will come knocking on your door to keep the trash inside your room. I asked for Housekeeping and was told there is only one housekeeper. How is that my fault? Hire more staff. The tv remote never works so missed watching the NBA playoffs. If you need to stay more than a couple of days, expect to rough it.

I spoke with 7 other guest who spoke of loud neighbors, no hand towels, nowhere to gather.

Front desk unattended, I was unable to check in at 4:35with no notification or info/ Some rooms not ready at 4:30 P.M. food on hall floor. very uncomfortable bed, pillows very thin. No tissues to blow my nose.

Not bad but no housekeeping.
Pros:

Comfortable beds, spacious room, kitchen sink and stovetop were nice. Hangers for clothes and enough drawers.

Cons:

No breakfast and no housekeeping. I stayed for 2 weeks. After the first week I called the front desk and asked if they would dump my trash. They basically said do it yourself. Housekeeping is a big zero!

The moment i walked in I was welcomed and wanted to stay. Guest service was like Wow. The room was awesome. I will be back.
