Pros:

The complimentary breakfast had a lot of variety. Room was huge and spotlessly clean. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

The location was just outside downtown. The car was needed to get downtown.

Pros:

The rooms were spacious and clean.

Cons:

The air conditioning noise was something to get used to. I did not know about the acceptance of dogs at the hotel, in fairness though the dogs that were there were not bothersome and clean. You need a car though as the location was out of the way from shopping or restaurants.

Cleanliness and pest control disappointed.
Pros:

Kids loved the swimming pool and slide. Good location for passing through Fredericton.

Cons:

The room had several dead and live bugs, at checkout the staff didn’t appear phased and said they’d let cleaning know.
The dead bugs were probably a cleaning issue, but it appears to be a bigger problem than housekeeping. There was even a bug in the ‘clean’ linen in the cupboard for the sofa bed.

convenient, comfortable, friendly, and delicious breakfast
Pros:

The staff, the room were great. The breakfast! Wow, not your average hotel included breakfast. So well done. Staff were amazing. Front desk was great, had a hiccup and needed to do a later check out, and it was not an issue at all.

The pool with the slide was a hit with the kids...breakfast was good and rooms were clean...having the guest laundry on the same floor was a nice touch to add on to the offered facilities

An excellent hotel with generous rooms, free parking and a good hot breakfast.
Pros:

Always enjoy this hotel and its facilities. The only complaint I might mention is that I had to change my one night stay by one day and only realized after checking out that I was charged 20.00 more. This was further exacerbated by the fact that as I was checking out a call in reservation was quoted 159.00 for that night. My rate was substantially higher than that.
