overall the hotel is good but overpriced

We had very good stay .. Ishraq at the reception was very polite and helpful

location is good, but they could do so much more with this location. I hope they finish the pool and its heating. View from the balcony is fantastic. Ample parking space right in front of the resort.

Cons:

Team need to ensure that front and backyards are also clean before the guest arrival. However, I understand its difficult due to the weather conditions.
Breakfast is good, but there is room to improve there - as thats one thing guest look up during the stay.
example: When I requested coffee at breakfast, it came in paper disposal cup rather than ceramic, which to me a is no-go. you dont go to a resort to have a coffee at breakfast in a disposal cup.
