HORROR, DO NOT STAY HERE - DISGUSTING PLACE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Pros:

Checked in and went up to room 15, the room was disgusting and not fit for purpose, We went out for tea and I found another hotel which cost £160.00, the bed was full of dirt and dust the bunk beds were unstable, the room looked like it had not been cleaned since the 1980's very disappointed and I would be ashamed to rent that room as it was so disgusting.

Cons:

Cleanliness should be top priority is was disgustingly filthy, keys were handed straight back and told the lady exactly why we wouldn't be staying and had to spend an extra £160.00 for another hotel that was actually clean and fit for purpose, raised a claim with Booking.Com as this did not meet the expectation of a hotel stay and the pictures were not of the hotel as advertised.

Staff lovely

Cons:

TV had no remote, no way of turning it on at all.. dirty sheets, shower curtain on the floor, dirty bathroom, scuffed walls and grotty carpet.

I stayed short
Pros:

Really liked the owners they was really nice I told thm about my c.o.p.d and my osteoporosis and I told thm I was goin bck in aurgust so they said thy would put me in room 1 cause I can't do alot of stairs I liked it all

This is a budget, friendly hotel, if your a unsociable snob probably not for you lol

The hosts are amazing and go above and beyond for the customer, bedrooms are simple but cozy

Cheap to stay here, friendly staff but room 7 is badly in need for a make over,

Cons:

The wall paper hanging from the walls, the mattress, springs popping all over it, the flys in the room, and the set of drawers looked like if you touched it, it would fall apart

The room was so bad, I faked a family emergency and left early. The room was dirty. The vibes were off and it all just seemed a bit creepy.
