결혼기념일 여행으로 갔는데 진짜 너무 좋았습니다. 수영장 완벽합니다ㅠㅠ 수시로 나무잎같은 거 청소해주시고 물도 깨끗합니다. 깊은 곳은 1.6m 정도 되는 듯 했어요. 수영 좋아하는 저희에겐 딱이였습니다. 방 컨디션도 좋고 따뜻한 물도 잘 나옵니다. 따로 부엌같은 공간이 있어서 좋았습니다. 다음에 다시 또 이용할 예정입니다

대체적으로 만족하나.......1박하는동안 전기가 2~3번 나갔어요..발전기 돌리는듯.....아침식사는 만족하고...수영장도 좋았어요.. 주변엔 뭐가 하나도 없어요...

가족여행으로는 가성비가 괜찮네요..단지 개미가 있어서 음식물 잘 처리가 안돼면 깜짝 놀랄수있으니 참고하시구요.
조식도 깔끔하게 잘 나옵니다.
그리고 직원들이 친절해서 좋았어요.

개인 전용 수영장이 생각보다 커서 놀라웠고 아이들이 놀기에도 매우 좋았습니다. 직원들의 서비스도 좋고, 한적한 곳에 있어서 시내에 있는 복잡함을 싫어하시는 분들에게는 만족스러운 곳이라고 생각합니다

가족이 머무르기 편하고 좋았습니다.
욕실 배수구가 없어 물이 바닥에 고이는 점은 개선이 필요합니다.
외부에서는 빌라가 보이지 않아 처음 방문하는 고객은 호텔제공 택시를 이용하는게 편합니다.

사람들이 친절하고 무엇보다 방이 넓고 깨끗해요
신축이라 인테리어도 예쁩니다 조식도 맛있어요
다음에도 호이안에 온다면 여기 묵을 의향이 있습니다
방음 문제도 하나 없네요 다른 호실의 소리가 하나도 안 들렸습니다

조용한 곳에서 휴가를 즐기실 계획이시라면 적극 추천! 작은 호텔이라서 가족이나 연인과의 시간을 보내시기에는 좋을거같아요.
호이안 시장과도 가까워요. 택시로 2500원 정도 들고요.
조식도 맛있었어요. ^^
그러나 시내 깔끔한 호텔을 원하신다면... 조금 생각해 보셔야할듯해요. 자연을 좋아하시는분들은 추천하고요.
시골 느낌이라 시내보다는 습한 느낌이 좀 있지만 낮에는 빛도 잘 들고 좋아요. 시설도 나름 깨끗했구요.
아무튼 저희는 여자 셋이 갔었는데 너무 너무 만족스럽게 머물다 왔습니다. 기회가 된다면 또 갈거같아요.

Brilliant place to stay
Pros:

I have just had the best 13 nights of comfort and relaxation with my two children. The Palm View Villa is such a good find, the staff are wonderful and can't do enough for you. The rooms are of exceptionally high standard and come with everything you need all explained by the lovely owner. The pool is a welcome sight in the heat of vietnam and is kept immaculately. Overall I can't fault anything of my holiday and I would highly recommend staying here I would love to still be there.

Not a bad choice if you don't mind the distance!
Pros:

A family-run place that gave us a great time. We arrived 2 hours before our agreed check-in time so understandably, our room was not ready yet. However, the staff were incredibly welcoming and suggested we put our bags down and go swimming in the pool, or go cycling on their free-to-use bikes while they got ready. No complaints!
After a quick trip to the beach, we found a large bowl of big, juicy (and very sweet) lychees on the table and some chocolates at our bedsides with handwritten notes wishing us sweet dreams. These touches made our stay all the more enjoyable. They even lent us a mobile phone with the owner's number attached in case we got lost. Amenities were not lacking, but though we didn't eat there, I noticed there were only 2 sets of cutlery (it was a 3-4 person room).
Breakfast was on the patio, with local dishes as well as continental offerings. We were the only ones there so we devoured all of the fresh fruit, but as soon as we did, the staff brought us more straight away! They also booked us a cab to Danang when we asked (we paid them directly, so we didn't have to worry about hidden charges with the cab driver)
Overall, the whole place is very clean and carries itself quite professionally. Service was thoughtful and courteous, and the owner is very friendly too. The only thing is that it's slightly removed from the city centre in Hoi An, but that's not too much of a problem since taxis are so cheap.
I'd definitely recommend a stay at Palm View Villa!

Luxury guest house in the quiet countryside

My husband and 9 months old baby stayed at the Palm View Villa in February and had an absolutely amazing time there! From our initial email communication to transportation from the airport and special requests, they went above and beyond to help make our stay perfect!

Mr. Bao, the owner, personally answered my emails (within hours) and made sure everything was in order for our stay. He even went out of his way to buy a baby bike helmet for our daughter to use while we were there! On another morning, I asked if they had bananas for the baby for breakfast and I believe someone ran to the market to buy them within 10 minutes.

The room is huge, modern, comfortable, and new. The bed is quite large and very soft and there is separate room for the toilet/sink and another room for a deep tub and sink. There is also a mini kitchenette with a toaster oven, microwave, hotplate and fridge. Each room has its own wifi router, so the internet signal is great.

The location is about a 10-15 minute bikeride from downtown Hoi An, but we loved being out in countryside with the ricefields because it was quiet, relaxing and just what vacation should be. We rode our bikes (free to use) to the beach, which was a 25 minute lovely bike ride, and to downtown Hoi An each day.

The other staff are so lovely as well. They helped with breakfasts and other meals (wonderful Vietnamese cooking which we ordered several times for dinner) and were so great with our baby. You must stay here! :)
