Room was okay after being mover to a handicap room, but was charged upgrade and hidden (other) fees.
Cons:

Asked for a handicap room. Called twice to verify, and received a Email verified handicap room. When we checked in, the room was NOT a handicap room, and the room smelled badly with cigarette smoke

Room was good

Cons:

Common areas are not clean, and the elevator was always wet. I saw a man brushing in the common bath near the first-floor elevator. Lounge chairs aren't clean and are ripped.
