The bathroom was just big enough for one person to be in there at a time. I couldn't give my 2 year old a bath because the plug fir the bathtub didn't work. We were able to hear people in the surrounding rooms perfectly.
room was clean but smelled a little whatever they sprayed in hallways was not a good smell but breakfast was the same everyday i was just hoping it changed up a little but otherwoise very nice,
we didnt know that there was a $150 deposit we have stayed there several times so we were disappointed so thankful that the hotel still accomodated us for our 4 night stay that was already paid for
No one at the front desk at check in had to wait for 15min. The hallway was leaking water from the ceiling and smelled so bad, breakfast was horrible the toaster was broken, by 8am there was no food left or coffee when breakfast wasn’t over until 10am. Horrible experience!
Was very disappointed, according to the description on internet, you are able to see the falls from the hotel. When we arrived, we were told the falls were 4.5-5 miles away. FALSE ADVERTISEMENT!
Elevator was grinding and bumping as we neared the 4th floor.
This hotel looks great from the photos, but really it’s very dirty. Many things have not been cleaned and many things are broken. Also, the pool was under maintenance so that was very disappointing.

A horrible experience on many levels. Dog poop and bottles left under the bed and an adjacent room fire alarm ringing for an hour and 15 minutes ending around 11:15PM. We were on the third floor mobility accessible room with my spouse utilizing a wheelchair. The phone in our unit was inoperable. If this was an actual fire, we would have been in a precarious position. It is inexcusable that a fire alarm would be activated due to the occupants smoking in the room. Even worse, the alarm beeping and disturbing the adjacent rooms for well over an hour, commencing at 10PM. Manager stated the occupants would not answer the door, so they had to wait for the police to come to enter the room as required by local ordinance. Really, activating a fire alarm that disrupts many guests just for someone smoking against the policies. I noticed debris under the bed and requested the room to be cleaned. Fully 18 HOURS later, housekeeping arrived. What we thought was dog treats turned out to be dog poop, along with other debris. They used a broom to sweep it all up, not even a vacuum. You would think we were in a budget motel. Otherwise, the La Quinta was a decent 4-night stay. Exterior clean, comfortable bed and a decent hot breakfast. Management made no apologies other than stating guests were at fault. A written survey with my dissatisfaction was replied with a form letter stating my inputs were important to them

We were lied to about the pool I had 3 kids ready to swim I had to book 2 room I brought the kids for a swim weekend when we arrived thet told me the pool was down and would be fixed next morning it WASN'T Sunday while getting a staff member to us the health dept had closed the pool about 2 weeks prior never added to website I paid alot of money and would like a refund of some sort
