Not clean rooms, not clean outside. Not a ton of space to walk dog. Breakfast was terrible. Pool had to much chlorine so we didn’t take kids.

Even though there are signs throughout the building about no smoking, you could smell a mixture of weed and cigarette smoke. Also when we were going to get in the pool, it was closed whereas it was open the day we got there

The bathroom was just big enough for one person to be in there at a time. I couldn't give my 2 year old a bath because the plug fir the bathtub didn't work. We were able to hear people in the surrounding rooms perfectly.

Pros:

room was clean but smelled a little whatever they sprayed in hallways was not a good smell but breakfast was the same everyday i was just hoping it changed up a little but otherwoise very nice,

Cons:

we didnt know that there was a $150 deposit we have stayed there several times so we were disappointed so thankful that the hotel still accomodated us for our 4 night stay that was already paid for

Horrible stay
Pros:

No one at the front desk at check in had to wait for 15min. The hallway was leaking water from the ceiling and smelled so bad, breakfast was horrible the toaster was broken, by 8am there was no food left or coffee when breakfast wasn’t over until 10am. Horrible experience!

Will not go back.
Cons:

Was very disappointed, according to the description on internet, you are able to see the falls from the hotel. When we arrived, we were told the falls were 4.5-5 miles away. FALSE ADVERTISEMENT!
Elevator was grinding and bumping as we neared the 4th floor.
