When we walked in, the rooms smelled terrible.

The hotel charged an extra $600; they misled us, saying the money would be refunded to the bank account we used for the payment. In total, they charged $963 for one night—$636 plus $600
I want them to return these 600 $ immediately.

The rooms weren't even clean enough. They had a strange smell. The breakfast was bad. The eggs were freezing cold and there weren't many other breakfast options.

Pros:

The location was about 10 miles away from the actual falls which is downtown Niagara Falls, now the hot breakfast is always a plus overall I'll stay again. Maybe housekeeping should vacuum the hallways other than that it was awesome an thank you guys 😊

very great stay
Pros:

Great staff, clean facility and breakfast was great. Room was clean and the beds was very comfortable. Staff was helpful with trolly tickets to the fall and was complimentary for the hotel.

Niagara falls weekend trip

Not too far from niagsra falls

Cons:

Pillows were bad not comfortable at all, didn't get any sleep.remote control wasn't working for the tv. Fire alarm went off at 7am and again an hour later. No towels in the pool area. Had to go get hand soap none was left in our room when we checked in.
