Great staff, clean facility and breakfast was great. Room was clean and the beds was very comfortable. Staff was helpful with trolly tickets to the fall and was complimentary for the hotel.

The cleanliness was not the best. There were stains throughout the carpet, and walls. They were not stocked with towels and washcloths. There was a bad mildew smell throughout the first floor.
Not too far from niagsra falls
Pillows were bad not comfortable at all, didn't get any sleep.remote control wasn't working for the tv. Fire alarm went off at 7am and again an hour later. No towels in the pool area. Had to go get hand soap none was left in our room when we checked in.
Temp of the pool
Fire alarm going off at 7am, power going out, elevator shaking
Not as expected.
Expensive.
The room was nice and comfortable. The breakfast was okay. The location was good.
The staff didn't seem to know how to check us out. It took a long time to get a printed receipt. The eggs at breakfast did not taste like eggs.
I do not recommend staying at La Quinta Inn in Niagara Falls!! To start with there was so much trash outside of the place, in the parking lot and in the bushes. We waited almost 15 minutes for someone to come to the desk and check us in, there was a disgusting smell throughout the place, the elevator sounded and felt like it was going to break down. The hallway carpets had an unbelievable amount of stains. The bottom of the pool had paint coming off of it. The room had worn out furniture, filthy windows and it was obvious that the rugs and bathroom floor weren't cleaned. With the exception of 1 housekeeper the staff was cold and not friendly at all.
We stayed at a La Quinta in Prescott Arizona and it was beautiful, I guess I expected the same here and was extremely disappointed. For what the charge per night we deserve better.
Todo hermoso
Muy lindo
Ubicación
No tenia los productos de limpieza personal como shampoo y gel de ducha en la habitación y aparte el reembolso del depósito de 150 dolares no llego completo
The location is nice. All the staff had smiles.
There was hair on our bathroom floor, the pool had a horrible chemical smell like they had dumped everything they had in there. The pull out bed/couch had dead bugs on the sheets and stains. It looked like it hadn’t been removed and washed. The bathroom drain was broke so it had to be fixed before we could shower. The elevator sounds like it’s about to break down.
Close to work
Cheap towels, soap, not wat I'm use to at a La Quinta hotels. Those Indians really know how to run through a good hotel. The breakfast sucked. Half cooked cheap sausage. Powdered eggs. Powdered milk of all things
Overall it was not a bad stay. No problems with staff or anything like that. Did not have the breakfast nor use the facility’s provided (pool). Came for a weekend to stay and for the price I’d say I got what I paid for. However the rooms could have used a deep clean and a paint touch up when stains are on walls or walls have been damaged. Overall of this is a trip to have a place to change and sleep for the cost you probably are not going to find much better. If your looking for a pristine hotel well your going to spend more money.
