Pros:

The staff were very polite and courteous, the room was comfy and loved the large bath and extra touches.
The hotel is so big you can easily get lost. I had been in India for a week and was craving a walk and fresh air. This hotel's outdoor space was perfect. I was able to walk around the whole hotel twice admiring the lovely plants which took 30 mins!

Cons:

Check in was a bit slow and the staff were a bit vague on what was included in the price. I knew I was half board but it wasn't clear which restaurant this was in. Maybe their English wasn't great. Luckily the girl in the restaurant checked for me without me having to ask and it turned out the buffet was included
As the hotel and even the room for breakfast is so large you can easily get missed. I ordered a coffee from the coffee station and it took a while to arrive. The omelette was also slow to arrive.

Brilliant hotel, close to the airport, excellent hospitality, excellent room. I would definitely stay again.

Pros:

Staff service was excellent, caterd for dietary requests I'm celiac. Able to edit meals for me. Staff were knowledgeable of th dietary request. The spa was fantastic open late. Easy to book appointment on the day.

Best BLR transit option
Pros:

I regularly stay at this hotel and happy with its location and convenience. I stayed here for 2 nights on my routine trip to Bangalore to pick up my son who studies in boarding school. Staff is welcoming and friendly and services are excellent.
