Very disappointed

Cons:

Front desk could not trace my 2nd room booking . Very unfriendly, unwelcoming front desk staff
Few girls in the west wing front desk staff were more interested in their mobile phones and laughing. Very unprofessional They are not interested in answering my query about airport transfer

とても良かったです。
Pros:

空港特にTerminal-1からは徒歩5分と立地も良く、空港至近にもかかわらずうるさくなく、落ち着いた雰囲気で良かったです。
朝食もインド料理中心ですが美味しかったです。
ホテル内のレストラン(SOI＆SAKE)も美味しかったです。

Cons:

子供用のEXTRA BEDをお願いしたのですが、対応してくれなかった点。ベッドが来なかったのでわたくしはソファーで眠らざるを得ませんでした。
