Location, service provided by staff in all departments we dealt with, the variety and quality of food made our first stay here very pleasant.

Proximity to airport was convenient. Room was quiet, bed and bedlinen etc were excellent. Everything worked perfectly- well maintained.
I also had an excellent deep tissue massage.
The food in Cafe 77 was disappointing; in comparison to other international 5 star hotels, both in India and beyond. While the selection of dishes was plentiful, many were not particularly tasty or interesting. Bar service was also poor- long wait and 2 requests for 1 glass of wine.
Email communication prior to stay was extremely poor. Despite responding to what may have initially been a booking.com email offering 'deals' such as discounted extras such as airport transport, I received no response regarding my acceptance of transport offer, communicating my WhatsApp number or a couple of additional questions. Yet in the few days prior to arrival I received several emails offering the same add-ons (some at higher prices). Again no response to my follow up email including a cut and paste of my previous response including time of arrival, flight number etc etc until the day before departure.
