Comfortable, quiet and a perfect location for an early flight check in
Pros:

Close proximity to the airport with a shuttle provided by the hotel for a minimum charge. The room felt luxurious and comfortable and very quiet. We had an early start for a flight and the bonus of a take out breakfast in reception was unexpected but gratefully received, This included delicious chai.

Cons:

The staff missed my messages on booking.com to request a pick up - this would have been cheaper and less stressful than grabbing a taxi. Despite confirming my fight time and number multiple times the message kept being picked up by a different member of staff requesting the question.

Comfortable and close to the airport, but far from perfect
Pros:

The beds are comfy. The hotel is right next to the airport so convenient for transit, and the food is good (but pricey).

Cons:

In advance of the trip, I found it very difficult getting a (prompt) response from the team at the hotel - about anything. Each time I had to email and chase several times. There were a few issues I never managed to resolve or get an answer for. My biggest complaint is it wasn't totally quiet in the rooms; the doors are very heavy so slam shut, meaning that when people leave at 2am, 3am, 5am etc there are loud noises from the hall. The rooms also have a fire alarm on the ceiling that has a very annoying flashing light.

A nice business hotel in Bangalore
Pros:

We stayed one night. The room was nice, fairly clean, the staff were helpful.. all in all, it was just what we expected to pass the night in Bangalore.

Confortable, apaisant.
Pros:

Hôtel très confortable, personnel charmant, ne pas hésiter à séjourner à l’hôtel même pour un transit entre deux vols.

Cons:

Il a fallu insister très fortement à plusieurs reprises pour avoir la navette gratuite pour nous emmener à l’aéroport… au prix de la chambre, c’est dommage !

Would highly recommend especially as a restful airport stay around Bengalaru.
Pros:

Incredibly impeccably kept hotel. Excellent reception service, and check in/out - with complimentary gift of sandalwood incense on check out. The room was great, spacious, comfortable. Bathroom was spacious, great facilites and toiletries etc. The Duty Manager - Ashish was very accommodating as I had a late flight, and he kindly made allowances for late check out which was very kind and helpful. The breakfast was also super yum with plenty of options, and healthy foods.

Cons:

The only negative feedback was about J Wellness, the spa there. I was keen to have a treatment before I left - I called in the morning they offered 1330 appointment. I arrived early, and they said just a few mins til my treatment. I told them I needed it promptly as I had to catch a flight that afternoon. The man at the desk called the lady who was scheduled to do my treatment, and she was screaming down the phone, while he was rolling his eyes on the call. This experience left me feeling very wary of using their services given the staff interactions. Therefore I cancelled the treatment. I think punctuality and professionalism were missing in my experience at the booking stage, so I cannot comment on the treatment themselves. This was a pity.
