Taj Bangalore

Firstly we arranged to be met at arrivals and the limousine driver from the hotel was there with taj sign and our name.There was also a representative of Taj at airport who welcomed us and they are there 24 hrs
The limousine service is better option from Terminal 2 as even though the hotel is directly opposite the terminal it is 2 Km by foot as motorway intersects the two and a circuitous route needs to be taken
Limousine service is saloon car very comfortable and reasonably priced at 600 INR each way
We arrived late evening and were leaving the next morning at 0600 hrs.
For us the priority was a comfortable bed and it delivered with high quality mattress pillows duvet and sheeting
Another benefit was use of spa facilities until 2230 hrs and I was provided an individual steam room
The service was exceptional

Immensely enjoyed dinner at Cafe 77. The food was flavorful, the atmosphere was warm, and the service was excellent. Shubhajit was friendly and had great attention to detail. His service was superb!

This trip has been very special, from the welcome at the start to the leaving presents, Rahul has looked after me in the club lounge
It is an upgrade that is really worth it

Fantastic experience at Taj Bangalore from start to finish. The property is beautiful and incredibly well-maintained. A huge thank you to the staff, especially Priyanka, who went out of her way to ensure everything was perfect. Her exceptional service really stood out!

We stayed at the Taj Bengaluru twice this trip after arriving on an international flight and before departing. The close location to the airport makes this very convenient. Very easy to arrange a taxi to pick up from the airport to the hotel, either directly with the hotel concierge or with designated taxi stands at the airport. Although one can see the airport from the hotel, crossing directly especially with luggage would be challenging. As expected at the Taj properties, the hotel lobby is warm and welcoming. Check in and check out was quick and efficient and our stay in one of the luxury rooms was frankly luxurious- king size bed, large rain shower, double sinks and walk in closet. The breakfast buffet was magnificent and the restaurant staff could not do enough to make sure we were well looked after. The outdoor unheated pool provided a nice cooling respite from the heat. Would definitely stay again

The dining experience was equally impressive, with a wide variety of delicious options and excellent service. Every detail, from check-in to check-out, reflected the high standards of hospitality that Taj is known for.

The hotel staff exceeded all expectations. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcomed and valued. The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully maintained. The bed was extremely comfortable, ensuring a restful night’s sleep. They ensured to keep the baby cot beautifully arranged as per my request.

What impressed me most was the staff’s genuine care and attention to detail. I would like to take a few names and applaud them for their excellent customer service. All the staff at the reception desk. Special thanks to Ananya Bose (Escalation Manager), Simran, and Naveen (Head Chef) for ensuring a perfect baby meal for my kids. All the staff at Cafe 77 East for making the dining experience delightful.

I especially appreciated the thoughtful amenities and the peaceful ambiance throughout the property. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, quality, and exceptional service.

Chose this hotel because it is within the airport precinct and is walkable from T1 (unfortunately one has to get a pickup for T2). Very modern and well maintained building. Rooms are well equipped and well sound-proofed. Breakfast is served with a broad buffet of Indian and more western fare. We also took the opportunity for dinner at Tamarind, a very impressive Indian restaurant. There is a very large swimming pool well suited for lane swimming - good before a long flight!
