Overall, I don’t think Pullman Vung Tau offers good value for the price
Pros:

There was a sensor installed on the ceiling directly above the bed. After turning off the lights, it kept flashing throughout the night, which was very distracting and made it difficult to sleep.

The higher the floor, the hotter the room seemed to be, as the hotel’s air conditioning appeared to be concentrated mainly in the lobby rather than the guest room floors.

The bathroom was not properly cleaned. The ceiling-mounted rain shower also seemed poorly maintained. When turned on, the water sprayed in all directions, even onto the ceiling, apparently because the shower head was clogged.

I stayed in a Suite Lounge room, which included breakfast on the 11th floor. According to the staff, this was the VIP breakfast area. Unfortunately, the experience was quite disappointing. The breakfast selection was very limited, and there were only two staff members serving guests. Despite being marketed as a VIP experience, the breakfast was actually worse than the standard breakfast served on the ground floor.

Overall, I don’t think Pullman Vung Tau offers good value for the price. The experience simply doesn’t justify the premium cost.

Excellent staff, amenities and location
Pros:

Excellent clean hotel with great amenities and helpful staff. Location was great as close to each and next to Lotte mart.
Staff were excellent especially Quan, Hoa, Lam, An, Day and Tien.
Pool and gym amenities top notch.
Would stay again if in vung tau

Good Hotel with very Bad Internet
Pros:

I have been staying in this hotel since 2018. Very good hotel in Vung Tau. They have one chronic problem, VERY SLOW & UNSTABLE INTERNET. Leaves a sour taste as we have to work whereever we spend our night
