We were only there one night, but I would definitely recommend your hotel to my friends!

Exactly what we needed… everything was good
Pros:

Breakfast was good. Location was perfect for being able to get back on the road easily the next morning. Staff were very nice and accommodating.

Cons:

Was only there one night and left the next morning so no complaints.

I was not aware of renovations. The beds looked like the sheets and bed spread were just tossed on. Poor lighting in the bathroom. 2 very small trash cans and 1 wasn't emptied. The walls looked scratched up. The fridge worked but didn't cool enough even though on high. No coffee maker. And, this was a suite.

The staff was friendly

Cons:

I didnt like that my toilet made a terrible noise all night that kept me up, I also was extremely disappointed that the pool was advertised as a heated pool yet it was so cold we couldn't swim in it at all.... I was very upset that the total for my room was increased by over 30 bucks when I was told it was gonna be 240 dollars, I was very upset when I used the half and half at breakfast for my coffee and it was rancid... very bad experience

The hotel was clean. The room was clean for the most part. The bed was comfortable

The shower was covered in mold and the shower floor looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in a long time

It was okay, but not great..

Cons:

We came to Benton for Amplify, after spending the day there, it would have been nice to come to the hotel & swim, but no couldn't do that because the closed @ 9:00pm, guess we will have to go back to the other hotel next year..Also the shower was awful..
