das mittagessen war katastrophal ich hat den calfiornia salat die blätter waren alt die rote bete halb verfault der truthahn so alt der er gerochen hat, der burger vo meiner freundin war ungeniessbar, das fleich war so zäh dass man es nicht kauen konnte die küche eine Katastrophe genauso wie der service oben , leider waren die zimmer auch sehr laut man hat die telefonate der nachbarn gehört

I want to start by saying how much I truly enjoyed my stay at the InterContinental Hotel. From the moment you arrive, the service begins immediately, with a warm greeting from the bellman who is ready to assist you. The front desk staff are attentive and welcoming, and that level of care continues throughout the entire stay.

Housekeeping does an excellent job keeping the rooms spotless and comfortable. Room service was efficient, and when I had clothes sent for dry cleaning and laundry, everything was returned promptly and in perfect condition. I also really enjoyed the service from the pool bar staff and the restaurant team, who were both friendly and professional.

The view from the 18th floor was breathtaking — I loved being able to watch both the sunrise and sunset from my room.

What truly made my stay unforgettable was a special birthday surprise. I received a knock on my door, and the hotel staff presented me with a beautiful strawberry cheesecake with a candle and “Happy Birthday” written in Spanish in chocolate. It brought tears to my eyes to be recognized in such a thoughtful way by the hotel. It was a wonderful moment that I will always cherish.

This hotel truly knows how to do hospitality the right way, and I would gladly stay here again.
