Very Convenient to Ben Gurion University. Far away (about 15 minute drive) from Be'er Sheva and Old City. But very comfortable if that is the area you want to be in. Parking is limited and may be a bit of a walk. Very clean and Host was helpful.
Hard to find.our room. Instructions are not good and accurate.
I didn't understand how to use some of the facilities in room - There are no Instructions.

I enjoyed ana very clean places, staff are excellent.
The room was very comfortable and clean. The kitchen well equipped so we warmed up some food. Public transportation is about 3 minutes walk (to the main road), and the crew is welcoming and helpful.

This is a wonderful place to stay! The rooms are very clean, comfortable and spacious, and the property manager is very friendly and helpful! The property is well cared for and maintained. The manager recommended a place for dinner, where we had some excellent falafels! The only downside was when I got a ticket in the parking for the hotel, however, the manager is taking care of it for me, so it all worked out fine.
Had a wonderful night in a perfectly clean and modern room (studio apartment). Bed was superb. I chose the location for being next to the University (and easy walk onto campus). Ample, easy street parking (included with the hotel cost).
inside of the apartments are very nice. outside neighborhood not so nice nut improving. staff was very friendly and accommodating.

As previous reviewer stated, place was dirty and uninhabitable. Photos shown are not what you get and are inaccurate. Rooms should not be rented here.We had to make arrangements to stay at another property. Property manager gave us problems when trying to resolve issue, but Hotels.com handled it for us.
The apartment was lovely. A few small comments: the shower doors did not close properly so the bathroom flooded. The area felt a little seedy at night. But the room itself was otherwise very nice.
Nice manager, however dirty bathroom, trash bins in apartment will get you dirty when you touch them, horrible paint job, holes in walls filled with very old silicone, dirty sheets (smelled like someone else slept in bed), dirty pillow case (which was smaller than the pillow), they said there were 2 twin beds and a double bed, but one of the twins was actually a cot! So my aging mother had to sleep on a cot. We asked the cleaning lady to come in to clean again and she missed all the dirty spots again (crud around the edges of the shower, grime on the outside of the sink, dirty trash bins, fingerprints of children all over walls, etc.). Very unkept outside as well. Walkways full of dirt, leaves, mud, etc. Double bed not comfortable. Heater in bedroom didn't work. Perhaps was a good place 7-10 years ago.
Although in the middle of a shady neighborhood, several well built units with all you need for an overnight stay in Beer-Sheva. The owners are nice and the units are well equipped and maintained. recommended.

They were most helpful... it's a newish "hotel".... there was a washer/dryer for free but it wasn't working the best (took a very long time to wash a load). The garden was still a work in progress but fine. We also had a power failure but they fixed it relatively quickly-- early in the morning-- most people were still sleeping, we just had an early morning that day~
The staff couldn't be more helpful or friendly. Right side of town for access to motorway to North, Central and Southern Israel.
This property was very difficult to find but one of the staff was out looking for us, very nice. This is not actually a hotel but would be great for several nights or an extended stay. It is clean and comfortable with a full kitchen.
