It worked for us as we were in a bind but would not recommend to friends.
Pros:

The location & price were good. We wanted something with a kitchenette.
Bathroom was clean and spacious.

Cons:

The hallways, elevator and outside areas were not clean.
The kitchen had no useful utensils or pots/pans. Not even a coffee maker. No table/ chairs to eat at.
Furniture was old, chipped, beat up.
Also, the freeway noise was very loud at night.

I won’t stay here again due to the discrepancy in there advertisement.
Pros:

The room was clean.

Cons:

I booked this hotel because their website stated breakfast was included in our stay. There was no breakfast, no coffee or any snacks other than a vending machine. Also, this facility did not have an ice bucket or ice. I also think it’s ridiculous to have to pay an additional fee for towels when we were not even provided the appropriate amount of towels for the amount of people in my party.

Pros:

Did not have room service,,room never cleaned and linen was not changed. Hallway floors were dirty and smell

Cons:

The hotel was dirty, smells,dogs on leash walking through with owners,cigarette butt at entrance/exit and dirty fify tentants. Stayed 2 nights no room service was given.

Did not stay because no one was there to check me in and let me in my room. Terrible service.

Arrived for late check-in as I reported and was confirmed by the location. No one was at the desk and customer service was of no help. Waited over an hour for someone to come down and let me in my room. Opted to just cancel and found another hotel to stay at. Completely unacceptable service.
