Bed was tiny for a double with really hard pillows...noise bleeding from the street all night. Passive aggressive phone call just after check out time not needed...

A little overpriced for what it is.
Pros:

The staff always helpful and very friendly. They got to know me and greeted me everytime.

Cons:

The carpets could do with a deep clean and/or replacements, the smell of dirt was unbearable and I gad to open the window during the heatwave allowing the very noisy and busy road sounds all throughout the night. The bathroom is tiny, the sink is pretty useless as it miniature even to wash the hands. The wardrobe had 2 hangers.

Lovely if air con hasn’t broke in the night

Pros:

Great Air conditioning and comfortable bed. Ensuite was nice and the shower pressure was good. Common areas were very clean.

Cons:

Mini bar mentioned in description but had been removed. No bottle of water provided, which at this price point was a shame. The staff were pollte and efficient, but not interested in a greeting or small talk!

Comfortable, quiet room. Ground floor and accessible as requested.
Breakfast was fabulous. Gorgeous smoothies. Healthy options great coffee and yummy Turkish breakfast.

Cons:

No bell on reception to alert staff we were waiting. Narrow corridor to our room with fire door was slightly tricky to navigate in a wheelchair.

What a wonderful stay! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome. The hotel was spotless, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. The room was spacious, quiet, and had everything we needed for a relaxing visit.

The breakfast was excellent, with plenty of choice and high-quality ingredients. Every member of staff was friendly, professional, and always happy to help with a smile.

The location was perfect, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel made our stay truly memorable. We have stayed in many hotels over the years, and this was one of the most enjoyable experiences we have had.
