Cons:

In the morning they was no hot water from the taps or the shower / resulting a a freezing cold shower before check out

We had towels left on our bed which had been washed but had stains all over them
The bathroom flooring had gathering of hair and dust , the tv didnt work in our room . Luckily we was just staying for one night.

For one night stay and for the price is was ok, but this hotel is very basic with more cleaning need
Pros:

Location was excellent, right on the promenade within easy walking distance for all piers, arcades, fair and restaurants etc.
Staff member was friendly enough. Room was adequate in size.

Cons:

Could have been cleaner. Bathroom had blonde hair (we are all dark haired) and black dirt / mould.
Bedding was basic and only 1 pillow offered.
Parking was an extra £15 (advertised as £10!) There are other parking options very close for cheaper (we didnt know this until we had already paid!)
Uneven flooring throughout the hotel and very steep stairs.
The bed in our room was unstable and the tv did not work.
Windows were dirty and dust on shelf.
The outside of the hotel is very tired looking and can be mistaken for being closed

Pros:

The staff was lovely. It did what we wanted it too for the price of a 1 night stay. Was an ideal location.

Cons:

There was a Stain on a towel in our room. We just didn't use that one. Only 1 pillow each on each bed. And the hot water tap in the bath run cold.

Staff great but hotel a nightmare

The staff was very nice and polite

Cons:

We had 8 rooms
The bedding had tab burn holes , stains on sheets ,1 room had a broken toilet seats , other room sheets and quilt was mouldy , the rooms weren’t clean , tv didn’t work , shower was freezing
The hotel smelt of mould and it was very dated , lift didn’t work
Bed were rock hard
Also there was £100 accidental damage per room but was mentioned on booking . Com so only seen when we got there
