Pros:

The view apart from the layers of dirt on bird pooh on the windows,

Cons:

We Didn't get a wink of sleep, people fighting and arguing slamming doors all night long, still arguing at 5am, no staff did anything about it, knowing there small children and elderly also TRYING to sleep, it smells like its never had a clean...like a mad house would not recommend

Pros:

Great value for money, great location too!
The lady on reception and the older lass with her were both bloody marvelous. Bless them working in this heat, they deserve a medal.
Beds were comfy too.

Cons:

Wasn't the cleanest and could've done with a bit more bog roll and towels, but value of money regardless. Wish we could hire a fan for the room.

Close to the beach
The staff are lovely been here a few times . If you was staying here be close to the fair

Nice overnight stay. Staff was friendly and professional.
Pros:

Bedroom was nice and clean. Bed was comfortable.

Reception and Bar area need upgrading.

Cons:

In the morning they was no hot water from the taps or the shower / resulting a a freezing cold shower before check out

We had towels left on our bed which had been washed but had stains all over them
The bathroom flooring had gathering of hair and dust , the tv didnt work in our room . Luckily we was just staying for one night.

1 night stay
Pros:

The staff was lovely. It did what we wanted it too for the price of a 1 night stay. Was an ideal location.

Cons:

There was a Stain on a towel in our room. We just didn't use that one. Only 1 pillow each on each bed. And the hot water tap in the bath run cold.
