Location is very good

Cons:

The booking.com score is wildly inaccurate, look at the low scoring reviews first as they are telling the truth about this place. Stay here max 1 night and only to sleep, if you are very badly stuck.

Warm, friendly, perfectly situated.
Pros:

Perfectly situated to Manchester Piccadilly, clean and with very accommodating staff. It’s just across the street from the back entrance of the train station (see uploaded photo, on the right it’s Manchester Piccadilly, on the left the white building is The Bull’s Head)

Die Lage direkt am Bahnhof und damit schnelle Möglichkeit zum Airport zu kommen.

Cons:

Zimmer sind sehr klein. Nur für schlanke Personen geeignetes Bad. Frühstück muss man sich auf einem Tablett auf dem Flur zusammenstellen und mit aufs Zimmer nehmen und auf dem Bett zu sich nehmen.
Dusche mit schwarzen Schimmelrändern.

Great value for a one night stay and full of charm
Pros:

Great welcome, smooth checkin, ideal location for us opposite Picadilly train station. A pub with lots of old charm and character. Room was clean & fresh, had complimentary tea/coffee, toiletries and a continental help yourself breakfast was supplied.

Cons:

We were informed on arrival that the main bedroom light was not working (pending an electrician). The light over bed and table lamp were adequate. We let the staff know that the toilet cistern was constantly filling and overflowing into the toilet bowl, noise level was ok once the door was shut so still got a good nights sleep. Could do with some coat hooks. All OK for a one night stay.

Mould in bathroom, no wardrobe, continental breakfast that you had to eat in your room, but thete was no table available to eat on.

Pros:

Staff were lovely and bed very comfortable 😴

Cons:

I didn't know that no full English and toilet in my room was bad at flushing and the sink filled up with water while brushing teeth plus shower to hot and couldn't change temperature so the price i paid was not worth it .
