Pros:

The pub was lovely oldy world. The landlady Diane was great sh made me feel welcome
The room was really nicely decorated and very clean. The bed was comfortable and linen fresh and clean. I had a gre5at sleep. Due to age of building there is only secondary double glazing and the pub is opposite piccadilly station so it can get a little bit noisy but it didn't put me off
The continental breakfast was really good choice and value.
If I'm in Manchester again I woul re book.

Unforgettable stay in Manchester, in pub with character
Pros:

Five rooms on the first floor of a cool, authentic, Victorian-style British pub. Mine faced the street and Manchester Piccadilly station, and I found the view fascinating. Clean, well-maintained rooms with good-quality bed linen and towels. Complimentary orange juice, which came in handy during the June 2026 heatwave. The fan was a nice touch, too. The staff were friendly and easy-going. A perfect location for a city break.

Cons:

Be aware that the pub is closed on Sundays, so you won't be able to leave your luggage there after the 10:30 a.m. checkout.

There were three of us guests trying to figure out how to use the coffee machine at self-service continental breakfast. To no avail 😅 But there's instant coffee and milk in the rooms, so you'll be fine.

Perfect location for a busy traveller who does not want to go far from the train station with luggage.
Pros:

The staff were very welcoming and friendly. The location just across from the Manchester Piccadilly rail station is perfect. The atmosphere was relaxing and calm. Being near the rail station also meant I could easily access the free Manchester City bus to get around.

Cons:

Traffic noise in the early morning combined with early railways did wake me early.

Приняли запрос, но двери не открыли. Пришлось снять номер в соседнем отеле. И тот оказался люкс класса, а этот с виду даже плохой и видно что нет гостей проживающих
