Super consigliato per un weekend
Pros:

Posizione ottimale a pochissimi passi dal centro, fronte stazione. Nonostante il pub sottostante e l’affaccio su strada la camera era molto silenziosa.
Camera ristrutturata e ben tenuta

Affordable, comfortable and cozy rooms in a great location over a nice pub. What more do you need?
Pros:

Very reasonable price. Excellent location, 2 minutes from train station and free bus stops. Cozy. Accommodations were modest (but price even more modest), it had a great retro vibe above a really nice pub. Simple breakfast, but it was included.

Cons:

I like everything but again it's modest. Don't expect modern sophistication or large rooms. (or large price)

Pros:

De bar was goed, leuke collectie bieren en andere drankjes. Prima. Was ook redelijk bezet met gasten van buiten. Hotelgasten niet gezien.

Cons:

Een 4 sterren hotel met 5 kamers: dat is 0.8 ster per kamer... en dat is erg hoog gewaardeerd...
Enkele beglazing, tochtig en slechte geluidsisolatie. Geen airo. Toiletspoeling blijft hangen, dus leeg reservoir. Je moet dus zelf de boel uit elkaar halen en fixen.
Een bedroom-ensuite is een leuke benaming voor een badkamer van 1.5 m2 en een slaapkamer van 6 m2. Bed is OK.
Schandalige prijs (120 GBP) voor iets dat zo wordt omschreven. Lijkt erop dat de omschrijving en waardering door "vrienden en bekenden" is gemaakt, want dit slaat nergens op.
Ontbijt... 4 soorten ontbijtgranen, geen yoghurt, of melk te bekennen. Daar kan je dus niets mee beginnen. Een voorverpakt rozijnenbroodje en een koffiemachine. Wel een paar bananen en mandarijnen. Geen ontbijtruimte, want dit alles is op de overloop geplaatst bij de trap naar beneden.
Dit is niet een hotel te noemen. Eens maar nooit weer. Maak me zorgen over de betrouwbaarheid van de waarderingen bij Booking.com.

Pros:

Convenient location as the hotel is next to Manchester Piccadilly train station and a short walk from the O2 Apollo, the room was clean and the facilities worked very well. Would recommend the hotel as somewhere to stay and breakfast is included as well.

Pros:

We was there 3days our bin wasn't emptied or towels taken away. We had to pile them up in corner could have a wash basket to put them in .Also we had to keep our clothes in our cases .could do with chest drawers, think could fit one in corner ware the table is .

Cons:

On one occasion we went to the bar to order a glass of wine we asked for small glass .the lady behind bar said she didn't do small glasses only large glasses which was more money .on the glass it did say different sizes.

Comfortable but not mindblowing

The room is lovely and staff very friendly. Bed and shower great.

Cons:

Our bedroom door lock was broken. As this property is really a bar with rooms, the bar staff also looks after the hotel. With 1 person on a saturday afternoon with a packed bar i was told the person to fix the door was at home and would be back later. My party were heading out for the rest of the day so had to leave things in our room where anyone could walk into it. Thankfully got a message at 10pm to say the door was fixed.
