الموقع ممتاز ورائع المقابل المادي مناسب جدا الإفطار جيد
الغرفة ضيقه جدا جدا وبعد جدا . والدخول المبكر غير متوفر لديهم والمغادرة تتم على الوقت بالضبط والا سوف تتعرض لهجمات متكرره من موظف الاستقبال وابنه .وفي الليل ازعاج في الخارج شكشكه وفي الصبح عمال يعملون .

Jag hade en fantastisk vistelse på Peak Star Hotel i Istanbul. Hotellet var rent, bekvämt och hade ett perfekt läge, men det som verkligen gjorde min upplevelse minnesvärd var servicen.
Jag vill särskilt lyfta fram Tarek, som gav en helt enastående service. Han var otroligt vänlig, hjälpsam och genuint godhjärtad. Från första stund fick han oss att känna oss välkomna och omhändertagna. Oavsett vad vi behövde – tips på restauranger, hjälp med transport eller bara ett vänligt leende – så fanns han där med ett stort engagemang.
Det märks verkligen när någon älskar sitt arbete och bryr sig om gästerna, och det gör Tarek. Hans professionalism i kombination med hans värme gjorde hela skillnaden för vår vistelse.
Stort tack till Tarek och teamet på hotellet – vi kommer definitivt tillbaka.
The location is excellent . The staff are welcoming and friendly and very helpful .The breakfast is excellent and there are many options. I had enjoyed my stay there .
It is minor things in my opinion which can be fixed . The room door magmatic card sometime didn't work , I had to go down to the reception to activate it The fridge in the room wasn't working .
I was very disappointed with my stay at this hotel.
The staff were extremely unprofessional. Basic courtesy such as greeting guests seems to be missing. Even when I said “good morning,” there was no response. It creates a very uncomfortable and unwelcoming atmosphere.
One of the housekeeping staff members (the one with the very short/boy haircut) was particularly rude and dismissive, which made the experience even worse.
Unfortunately, I also had a personal situation during my stay. I got my menses heavily and some blood stained the mattress. I did my best to clean it immediately with the limited cleaning materials available in the room, but a small stain remained. Instead of handling the situation with understanding and professionalism, I was charged a very large amount. The mattress was not damaged or destroyed — it simply required proper cleaning. These are normal situations that can happen, and I believe it could have been managed in a much more reasonable and humane way.
Overall, I left feeling very disappointed and uncomfortable. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and improves both staff professionalism and how such situations are handled in the future.

This property is seriously and fundamentally misrepresented on Booking.com. The reality bears no resemblance to the photos, description, or claimed standard. Rooms were extremely dirty, furniture was old, damaged, and poorly maintained, and the bathrooms were unhygienic and unacceptable.
The overall condition of the hotel is far below even the most basic hospitality standards, let alone the category it claims. Corridors and common areas were neglected and reinforced the feeling that cleanliness and maintenance are not a priority at all.
What made the situation even worse was the unprofessional, dismissive, and irresponsible behavior of the management. Legitimate complaints raised immediately at check-in were ignored, and there was no willingness to take responsibility or provide solutions.
Due to the unacceptable conditions, we were forced to leave and book another hotel at a much higher cost. This was one of the worst accommodation experiences I have had, and I strongly warn future guests to avoid this property entirely.

Très bien situé pour visiter Istanbul (quartier Taksim et alentours) et très pratique pour les transports en commun et le bus pour l'aéroport (juste en bas de la rue). Accueil très sympathique et hôtel très propre. Beaucoup de commerces et restaurants à proximité.
Le bruit de la rue car l'insonorisation de l'hôtel est mauvaise.
