Pullman Istanbul Airport and Convention Center Hotel

The modern lobby of this business hotel may lead you to believe you are in for a five star stay. You are not. Subtract three stars. The rooms are very much showing their age. Cracks in the woodwork, interior doors that won’t close, a refrigerator that didn’t work, even stains on the wall that should have been cleaned. Countering the poor condition of this property were the generally friendly and helpful staff. If you need to be in the area and are looking at business hotels, I would honestly look elsewhere. Disappointing Pullman, you ought to try to do better.

My recent stay from July 10-12, 2025, had its ups and downs.
On the positive side, the hotel staff were consistently helpful and respectful, which I truly appreciated. The hotel was also very clean, and the food, while limited in variety, was clean and well-prepared.
However, a major drawback was the swimming pool. A large section was constantly used for kindergarten swimming lessons, leaving very little space for other guests. What was more frustrating was that guests were required to buy swimming caps, but this rule didn't apply to the children or their instructor. I raised these concerns with both reception and the manager but received no follow-up or indication my feedback was taken seriously, which was truly disappointing.
Additionally, the hotel's location is inconvenient, situated in the middle of a freeway and an hour from Istanbul Airport. The hotel's taxi service was also overpriced.
While my stay was generally acceptable, the issues with the pool and the lack of response from management, combined with the location and taxi pricing, negatively impacted my overall experience.

Loved my stay here, it was close to the mall and pharmacy. Clean hotel, comfortable & beautiful view of the city. I came from the airport around 4am and they let me checked in! Even receive bath robes and slippers. 10/10

The restaurant for breakfast was a complete disaster. Too many people,probably airline passengers of a canceled flight. Everything was on a shortage including juices.

The building is modern and nice. The staff was always helpful. The rooms were spacious and clean. Can’t complain about a thing.

Mediocre hotel with nothing around. There is no AC in the rooms. Cool outside but hot as balls in the room. Had to ask multiple times for toilet paper. WiFi is almost nonexistent.

Der Aufenthalt startete zunächst erfreulich und wir wurden auf eine Suite umgehender, aber dann ging es Schlag auf Schlag. Man sollte für Kaffeekapseln zahlen (nachdem man sie telefonisch bestellen musste), Zimmer war mehr als in die Jahre gekommen und die vergessenen AirPods waren natürlich nicht auffindbar und später konnten wir ihren Weg durch Istanbul verfolgen…

No pudimos llegar nunca a Estambul, porque Expedía cometió un error con nuestros vuelos y nos quedamos atorados en Ciudad de México. Perdimos nuestro viaje y no fue posible cancelar la estancia en el hotel ya que no era reembolsable la tarifa.
Expedía debería de hacerse cargo de todos los inconvenientes que nos causo

Große Zimmer mit bequemen Betten. Zustand nicht mehr ganz so wie es sollte, Frühstück-Service ist eher eine Abfertigung mit Billig-Kaffee. Mitarbeiter sind aber alle sehr höflich.

I booked this room for my gf who was transitioning from an Odessa bus to airport flight the next day. Her comment was a good room, good shuttle to airport, but disappointing breakfast. Based on this will probably not stay again.

Les plus:
Grandes chambres, propres dans l'ensemble, grande et fonctionnelle SdB avec tout le nécessaire, calme. Les grandes baies vitrées en guise de parois extérieures peuvent dérouter, mais la vue est imprenable (pas forcément pittoresque par contre).
Un centre SPA avec piscine et sauna (inclus dans le prix), les massages sont optionnels. Une salle de sport très grande et correctement équipée, ça change des hôtels européens ou français qui sont mesquins sur le sujet et général.
Le petit déjeuner buffet est inclus dans le prix de la chambre.
Le diner buffet pour environ 18 euros est très riche, très bon, frais et varié, à tester absolument.
Le personnel est efficace, rapide et souriant, à souligner.

Les moins: un énorme hôtel peut dérouter. Il se trouve à 40 km de l'aéroport international IST, ce qui nécessite environ une heure de transport.
Le petit déjeuner est quelconque.
Le mobilier des chambres est à rénover.
Correspond à un 4 étoiles max européen.
