Pros:

Amazing location and overall great value for money. Staff were really helpful. Would stay again.

Cons:

The breakfast was a bit limited and the aircon didn’t work which meant to room got a bit stuffy

Pros:

Отель нуждается в срочном ремонте. Обои ободранные,очень жутко выглядит. Общее состояние запущенности номера. Белье застиранное. Матрас достаточно удобный. В ванной наполовину вывалившаяся розетка,очень опасная, тк рядом кран. Просила починить,не починили. Тв не работал ,починили. Номер заявлен 17м,по факту думаю 7. Нет даже стула,некуда ни сесть ни положить вещи. Очень шумно ночью. Беруши не спасали. Но расположен отель удобно ко всему. Персонал очень приветливый и оставил приятное впечатление.

location was great

Cons:

i did not like the room - first room they gave us was extremely uncomfortable - the bed was low - just on the floor, it was very uncomfortable - no space to sit.
the bathroom had glass door which did not close properly - no noise isolation at all- basin was damaged and all water flushed on floor.
the staff changed our room without hesitation, but anyway this hotel needs urgent renovation

Pros:

I won’t say it was the best stay. Had to check in a dirty half broken room. Not sure why we were allocated that room. Requested the receptionist to change our room but was fully booked on that night. The bed did not have any blanket and had to request one. Upon request we received a smelly, used and a bleached blanket. The room itself was suffocating for the mouldy smell. The toiletries had marks, shower head holder was broken. To summarise the room was a total disaster. The receptionist requested us to stay for the night and a change of room was promised. The new room was decent but again not the best. Staff were great and friendly just the hotel itself was not for us

Segítőkész személyzet. Központi elhelyezkedés. Bőséges meleg víz.

Cons:

Állandó, büdös cigarettaszag mindenütt (ahogy egész Törökországban). A fürdőben éjszakánként néha csatorszag volt. Az ajtó kinyitása után sötétben tapógatózva kellett megtalálni a villanykapcsolót (ahová a nyitókártyát kell illeszteni, hogy fény legyen). Az ágy kerete üléskor nyomta a lábat, szék nem volt az apró szobában. A reggeli túlnyomóan édes ételekből áll, de voltak felvágottak, sajtok és tojásételek is. A tea finom, a többi ital gyengébb minőségű.

The hotel is 3star. The rooms (we had 2) were dark and 1 was somewhat smelly from drains- on first night a lot of room freshener was sprayed but did not do the trick.

Always Excellent
Pros:

South African living in Dubai. This was my third stay at Sanat Boutique Hotel and I always enjoy it. The hotel is close to all the restaurants and shops you need. It's an easy walk down to Old Town and all the sights. It's my go to Hotel when I am in Istanbul. I know what to expect and the staff are so friendly and helpful esp. Ali and crew. Will defiantly be back.
