A hotel where you can't sleep
Pros:

Two years ago (the corner room in the back on the 2nd floor) and this time (#411), I couldn't sleep because I was troubled by mosquitoes. Also, the sound of the Panasonic ceiling ventilation fan (nanoe) was irritating, and I had no choice but to remove the card key to be able to sleep.

部屋も広く、機能的でした。
短期滞在では、ランドリーも5点まで無料でそんなに着替えを持って行かなくてもよかったです。

The quality of breakfast is too low.（There is little variety of food and it does not taste good.　There is no orange juice either.）　Not commensurate with the price.　I ended up buying breakfast at the adjacent supermarket.　Improvements are strongly recommended.

Very satisfied
Pros:

Everything was really good, they are very friendly and helpful people. The only issue is they only collected the leafs floated on the surface of the swimming pool, but there are still many under the swimming pool. The Japanese restaurant Shion at the Tower 1 was under renovation, they should inform us before we made the reservation.

Overkill facilities (which is great!) but odd excessive greeting.
Pros:

The facility in the room is ready for those who will be positioned for long time in Indonesia, it even has washing machine and microwave to be used.

Cons:

All the staff greeted excessively polite in Japanese.. Opinion from me (Indonesian) and my colleague's (Japanese) both thought it was too much. This is service industry, the excessive greeting felt like a military and very odd. The staffs' capability to communicate in Japanese and English is a plus, but the hotel management should not push them to greet excessive, just kind smile and being respectful is enough.

And Japanese restaurant SHION was very good taste and good stuff as well.

Bath room in the morning
Pros:

For many years, I have been using.It was first time to stay secon floor, which was very convenient.
Though I arrived midnight for one night stay, I could enjoy bath room early morning before check-out.
