I stayed for participating a marathon event. Small family owned hotel. Bathroom was a bit small but acceptable with minimum amenities. Comfortable bed and well maintained clean room. Located in the area with many local restaurants and shops but not too noisy.

everything is all good. very clean and quiet. good WIFI and cool air-conditioner.
owner was very kindly eventhough he can't speak English but if you explain what do you want very slowly ,he can understand.
you can go local market near by hotel. 15min to go kahosan-road not too far.

ได้เข้าพักเมื่อช่วงกลางเดือนที่ผ่านมา ที่ตั้งโรงแรมหาง่าย เดินเข้าซอยขวาแรกในตรอกศิลป์ ถัดจากบ้านดินสอหลังที่สองก็เจอเลย เดินทางสะดวก มีร้านอาหารเยอะและ 7/11 ใกล้ๆเลย

โรงแรมจริงๆอายุเกิน 50 ปีเนื่องจาก renovate บ้านพักมาทำโรงแรม ซึ่งพอ renovate มาก็สวย คลาสสิคดีคะ ในห้องพักเสียดายที่ไม่มีตู้เสื้อผ้า (มีแค่ราวแขวนผ้า)และไม่มีไดร์เป่าผม นอกนั้นโอเคหมด หมอนกับเตียงไม่นุ่มไม่แข็งเกินไป กำลังดีคะ นอนหลับสบาย(ไม่เจอเหตุการณ์แปลกๆ) น้ำไหลแรงคะ เนื่องจากช่วงที่เข้าพักแขกไม่เยอะมากช่วงตอนกลางคืนเลยเงีบบสงบ ไม่พลุกพล่านหรือเสียงดัง

พนักงานน่ารักทั้ง reception และพี่แม่บ้าน คอยเอาใจใส่ ช่วยเหลือทุกอย่าง เมื่อแจ้งปัญหาอะไรในห้องก็แก้ไขทันทีคะ ทั้งยังช่วยแนะนำร้านอาหาร สถานที่เที่ยวและให้ late check-out ด้วยคะ ขอบคุณมากเลย
ปล.แถวที่พักมีแมวด้วยคะ 2 ตัว น่ารักมาก ขี้อ้อนแล้วก็ชอบนอนอาบแดด

This small guest house is located on a quiet soi off a typical bustling Thai street near City Hall. It's a colorful local area with a lot of restaurants, near Democracy Monument and Khaosan Rd. You can see local life and walk to sites such as the Golden Mount and Giant Swing. I think this is the best part of Bangkok to stay in. The staff are friendly and rooms are clean and newly renovated. There's free coffee in the small lobby. To me it's better than most places in the area.

Excellent location! Friendly staff! Clean and easy with everything fully functional. Highly recommend.

交通のアクセスが少し不便なところにある。
近くにコンビニがあるのでそちらは便利。
街に出るまで交通渋滞がすごくタクシーはおすすめしない。

The hotel is in a little isolated area but still 1min walk from the main road. The lady at the reception is helpful but her english is limited. We were pretty satisfied with the room with the exception that during the 3 days we did not get any cleaning nor new change of towels. Usually hotels include room cleaning and sometimes the smell of smoke would get in the room from the adjoining balcony.

room cleaning service is THE WORST. They do not change the pillow/bed cover everyday.
(In my case, they did not clean my room 2days. Staff said that their cleaning staff's day-off.............. what the..-_-)

Amazing quiet family hotel in super location. Close to everything. Can walk to Wat Pho, Palace, Pub Street.
The staff is amazing and very accommodating. Will go back. Taxi arranged to airport 10$. WI fi works super fast.

Nice and quiet boutique hotel just one block away from Khao San Road. Definitely good for those who wanna stay near to Khao San Road but does want a good sleep.

Das Hotel ist sehr schön gestaltet, in sehr ruhiger, aber zentraler Lage mit ausreichender Infrastruktur in unmittelbarer Nähe und ca. 10 Minuten Fußweg zur Khaosan Road. Sehr nettes und hilfsbereites Personal, wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen und haben uns extrem wohl gefühlt.
Die Zimmer sind gut ausgestattet und sehr sauber.

Wanted somewhere for a one night stop over in Bangkok
Wanted to be close enough to kohsan but did not want to stay with all the "elephant trouser wearing travellers" and this was perfect
Just a five min walk to kohsan but down a real quiet street
Big clean rooms
No complaints and am going back for a night as was impressed

Friendly staff and a great location for exploring Bangkok.

A very clean and nice little hotel with all you need for one or two nights. There's a little breakfast, check in earlier than 14:00 possible and friendly reception. AC in the room and tv. A small oasis in the centre of Bangkok.

The smal hotel was comfortable and modern with nice amenities. Only a short walk from the chaos of Khao San road, but close to other attractions in the area. Staff is friendly and polite.

Our stay was peaceful. It's a clean, hygienic place. It's conveniently located in Khao San, just 10 mins from the Grand Palace, very close to the museum and the Goldwm Mountain too. There are a good number of night clubs around too.

What a cute room, the bed was super comfy and the room spacious. Everything worked perfeclty and it was super clean. A lot of atention to detail here, even the hangers were luxurious. Short strool to Khaosan shops and restaurants but on a super quiet little lane. We found it to be good value for money, if it had a pool and restaurant it would cost triple.
