DO NOT come here! all the good reviews online are fake and the pictures do not match!!

No running water, no tissue, telephone to contact the the reception, no soap or toothpaste, no trash bins, the only socket was so far from the bed, no bedside tables. Don't eat their food !!!

I booked this sham of a 'hotel' ahead of a 2 nights stay. The place had no running water so the staff had to fetch us water into the buckets each time we needed water. We had to use bottled water to brush our teeth.

This hotel lets just ANYBODY walk through the halls, smoking weed, banging on doors and there's nothing the receptionist can do about it. Not an ideal place of rest and leisure.

The pool that they have has no water in it and they rented the private pool area out for a birthday party which started from 7 p.m. until 2 a.m. blasting LOUD music and the attendants walked into the hotel AT WILL. They weren't even guests at the hotel, we couldn't sleep because of the noise.

I felt so unsafe in the midnight, as a lady, with all the roamers just prancing about, and the receptionist said she couldn't do anything. Like what??

The only good thing is that the room was neat and the ac worked. That's it! But that's just one room.

The elevator has still not been installed so we had to walk up two flights of stairs with our luggage.

The place has potential but for now, don't waste your money, it's not worth it.

Paid for the trip through Expedia in september 2024 (6 months ahead). Arrived at the hotel at 6AM to checkin after having 10hrs travel with no sleep with some stop overs.

I was told by the helpdesk they cannot honor my booking because last years price is not this years price and they review their prices yearly.

I asked the reason why they didnt advise that earlier. They had 7months to cancel the booking but they didnt. They said I need to make a new booking for the 7days and they will give me a discount.

I spoke to expedia and it took an 1hr 30minutes to resolved this and I didnt later pay a penny. All staffs asks for money. Toilets were moudly and staffs on the helpdesk call woulldnt help to fix safelock when I had valualble items in it and I called x9 because it got a battery low and wouldnt work.

At check-in they didn't find my reservation, then the room was not done. TV is broken, shower takes 15 minutes to be just warm, not got. Room service takes at least 45 minutes (longer at the restaurant/bar).
Pro: clean, big space, tranquility, complementary minibar

I was given a horrible room I did not book online. They claimed the room I booked was sold out and refused to offer my refund. They downgraded me to a lower room. Stay away from this place. If I can give 0 star, I would have done that.

Rubbish hotel i have ever been, from getting out of the car to the front desk, useless staff not welcoming. Front desk rubbish, the receptionist with name tag Afam, the guy was too rude and arrogant. I came out of the lift to 11th floor and trip bags of rubbish dumped by the lift late evening. My room was dirty and left the way the last guest left with full bin, bed not made water on the floor in the bathroom. When we complained at the reception desk. I was told I was lying. I had to stand my ground before he agreed for my bed to be clean. The hotel should be 2 star not 5.

The environment is great. The staff are very courteous and helpful. The only negatives for me are, the air conditioning at times does not cool sufficiently enough, and the refrigerator in the room does not cool beverages sufficiently enough.
