Beautiful property in lovely surroundings. Great pool and shaded tree areas adjacent.
Restaurant had a limited menu on Sunday evening with limited staff available so choice was not great but they went out of their way to produce a veggie option which wasn’t already part of the limited offer.
Breakfast in the sunshine was lovely on a hot Monday morning with good service.
So go is unnecessarily complicated though.
Great stopover and noted for future trips travelling south through France. We will be back!

Bon service provenant de Lisa. Réception bien ordinaire c’était pas la bonne journée pour la directrice en place. Restaurant sur place pourrait être génial mais manque terriblement de choix sur le menu. Déjeuner buffet horrible avec peu de choix, peu de fraîcheur et manque de quantité.

L'endroit est magnifique, un beau domaine très bien entretenu, cependant attention a la piscine qui n'est pas chauffé, au jacuzzi "pas encore installé" et à la wifi defectueuse.

House keeping below average. Had a kitchen we couldn’t use. Property is isolated. No lights in kitchen - not fixed after 4 days.

If you want to relax and get out of big cities noise, this is the place for you. A lot of outside area to relax and enjoy the natural environment. A place to go.
We recommend this Hotel and will go there again

The staff were amazing from start to finish. We didn’t have a dinner reservation and the receptionist got us a place later in the evening. The pool is great and stunning location

I selected this property 20 kilometres outside Bordeaux city so we could relax at the property and enjoy their in-house restaurant as there are NO other restaurants close by. We checked in at 4 pm. At 5 pm we went to enquire about booking for dinner and were informed the restaurant was FULL. No options to eat on site. Clearly they had not left room for their guests to eat or enquired if we wished to eat on site. Instead we had an hours round trip to find dinner and could not enjoy the hotel at all.

Une bulle de calme et de verdure avec un personnel attentionné. Cadre idyllique pour se ressourcer et profiter des châteaux viticoles de la region. Un grand merci a toute l'équipe. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir !

Beautiful Chateau with exception property and grounds. Wonderful staff and assistance at the front desk! Sorry we didn't stay longer. Glad we decided to stay here and the proper. Very convenient to drive through region
